Very well. They made recommendations but weren't pushy. The owner even stopped by and made suggestions on how to make our home for efficient overall, not just with our air conditioning system.

I had another company that in the end I just didn't feel was looking after me very well. It would take a long time to get called back and their technicians were late more than once. I asked 3 co-workers about whom they used since my system went out again. 2 of the 3 recommended Dyes. To be honest, I don't know that I'd heard of them before that and when the owner came out himself to look at my problem I told him as much. He said they work solely off of recommendations, and while he didn't normally perform service work, he was out catching calls that particular day so that no one would have to sleep in a hot house. In the end he suggested I replace the system due to the old type of coolant and the problems I'd had. While he couldn't get me going that day, he provided us with a portable unit which was a lifesaver. He showed up the next day and instructed the crew on what to do, and they were equally professional. They laid plastic over the floor and any furniture around where they were working. When the job was done they explained the operation to me and even registered my warranty so I didn't have to. I highly recommend them!
