+ -1 moreOverall work performance, quality of work and professionalism was extremely poor. Work was to be a one day job and ended up being 3 weeks due to company not showing up when scheduled or not prepared to complete the job when they were on site. Owner of company spoke to our staff in a very disrespectful tone, making very condescending remarks. At completion of job, the landscaping had no curb appeal, was extremely bare and unattractive. In our attempts to express our dissatisfaction, Owner became extremely belligerent with staff and was unwilling to improve the job without adding additonal costs to us as the customer. Our last phone call the the Owner, was never returned.
Description of Work: Landscaping company to provide plants, labor, other materials needed, along with layout and design for two curbside areas. In addition, customer relied upon and expected the professional consultation and recommendations of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
