Description of Work: Punctual, friendly, fast-working, and professional. We requested just the basic carpet cleaning, and in under two hours, they had it looking spiffier than the day we moved in. It was fluffy, soft, bright, and smelled amazing. About a week later, we received a thank-you card signed by the staff. Will definitely use again, and soon!

+ -1 moreCleaning was hit or miss, very poorly done on items that were "cleaned." I called the gentleman that night and complained, and he said he was on the road coming into town after another job, and would call me back the next day (Saturday) and come look at what had been done and what had not. He did not return my call, and I called once more, receiving a promise that the secretary would have him definitely return my call. He did not, but we received a bill the next week for $525, and when I called this time, he came right out, full of apologies that were not sincere, looked at what had been done, and said they'd see about making an adjustment. He called around noon the following day and said they'd agreed to knock off 15%. We were ready to be finished with the entire incident, and accepted the deal, even though we were in no way satisfied, as less than half the job was done as promised.
Description of Work: We asked for a pre move in cleaning. Cleaning out cabinets, closets, toilets, windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. so the move into the home could be done without the extra work of cleaning behind the previous owners.

+ -1 moreThe tecnician arrived at the agreed upon time. He actually vacuumed the entire house, then pretreated the high traffic and soiled areas. He cleaned 4 rooms and 2 halls. He brushed the carpet which raised the fibers back to original height. He never slowed down and it took two hours. The finished job looked great and two weeks later we have no sign of returning stains. I couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: After having no less than eight companies clean our carpet within a five year period, I was tired of my carpet looking good for a week or two then the stains returned and it looked worn out. I decided to call Bishop before just replacing the carpet. I was hesitant as I thought they would be pricey. I called and they sent someone out to check the carpet and provide me with an estimate. That was a first, no one ever came out ahead of time and provided an estimate. They would just ask how many rooms and quote a price. Bishop's staff arrived examined the carpet asked about pets, traffic, etc. He measured the rooms and deducted the space where furniture wasn't being moved or cleaned under i.e., beds, heavy dressers, etc. The quote was spot on with other companies, so I arranged for them to come out the next day. They gave me the name of the technician and set up a two hour cleaning session, yes two hours, never has any carpet cleaner been in my home for more the 50 minutes for 5 rooms.
