"I hired David in Mid September 2024. It was disastrous to say the least. The project involved demolition and Rebuild A sunroom of 225 ft.² and also adding an addition right above this room. His employees chris and Fred are As incompetent as he is. At one point He was working with an electrician I introduced him to. This Electrician told me none of his clients are happy with him. He would juggle Multiple projects at the same time and had no clue what’s going on. If you have a simple Handyman type of project, he is OK. But anything involving structural integrity, he had no clue. I have all the evidence, including pictures, communications to share with you if you want to find out more.
