Xpress Drain Cleaning service is the best plumbing company I have ever used and Kwesi Danquah is the best plumber. The quality of his work is outstanding as is his customer service and professionalism, and the prices are very reasonable with no surprises. We called a number of plumbers to fix a clogged kitchen drain on a Sunday and Xpress was the only one we reached right away. Not only did Kwesi show up on time, but he also called a half hour before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. He completed the job very quickly and efficiently and asked me if I had any questions about this job or any other plumbing matters. I showed him a broken toilet I was planning to get fixed and he was able to do it right away even though it was getting late in the evening, saving me the cost of an extra trip. I was so impressed with his work that when I recently had another leaking toilet, I called Kwesi again. He came right on time and fixed the toilet quickly and excellently. He also took the time to answer a number of questions I had about the water pressure in my house and fixed an outdoor faucet problem I was having right then and there at no extra charge. All in all I would recommend Xpress Drain Cleaning and Kwesi very highly. They are an example to be followed by any service company, not just plumbing.

On Thursday evening about 7:00 pm, I went to the basement to check the salt level in my water filtration system. I found water gushing into a room. We cut the water line to the house and were without water all night. The next morning I contacted Xpress and explained the problem. I told him that my 82 year old mother lived with me and I did not want to go without water through the weekend. Kwesi was at my house within the hour. He explained exactly what he was going to do as he searched for the problem. He came inside to see the leak and went to several places around the outside of the house. What he found was that the leak was not in the water line, but where the line came into my basement. The water was following the foundation and acutally came in around the corner. He told me what he was going to have to do and the cost (was competitive). He left to get digging equipment, came back and atually finished the job in about 2 and 1/2 hours having to get in a hole about 5 feet deep to fix the break. He was ourteous, professional and punctual. It is so difficult to find someone who delivers the service that is needed in a timely manner, The work was of such quality that you could not even tell that any work had been done to the front of the house. I highly recommend Kwesi for any plumbing needs.

The sewer backed up in our basement. After a night of worrying, I called Xpress Drain cleaning early in morning. To my surprise, I got a real person (not an answering service), who showed up about 1 hour later. The plumber was neatly dressed, very friendly, and had great customer service. He started working right away to clean out tree roots from sewer. 20 minutes later, we were looking through a TV camera where blockage used to be. He provided great advice on what to do next, and even provided a 30 day warranty. Now I know they have 24 hour plumbing service, without any "emergency" fees. My only regret is that I should have called Xpress the night before instead of waiting through the night.

I have roots growing in my sewer line and need to replace a portion of the line. I decided to just clear the line and do the replacement in a few months. After contacting 4 different companies I got quotes from $500 to $250 to just snake the line and remove the roots. I decided to rent the equipment and do it myself. Fortunately I found Xpress Drain Cleaning. Kwesi arrived within 1 hour of contacting him, he actually had to wait about 20 minutes before I arrived home. He cleared the roots in the sewer line and gave excellent recommendations not just related to the sewer line but the general plumbing of my home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. I will certainly be using this company to replace the line. Absolutely amazing customer service, friendly with my dog and kids, polite, tidy and covered shoes each time he entered my home (certainly a plus with cream carpets). It is rare to get such exceptional service and excellent price all rolled into one. I have an older house that needs lots of repairs and I am sick of companies trying to rip me off and charge these exorbitant fees for 30 minutes of work, it was a joy doing business with this company and I will certainly be using them for all my plumbing needs. Congratulation Xpress from a customer that is very hard to please.
