+ 0 moreThe end result was great! Carpet is nice and tight now in the guest room and other carpet has more contrast in the pattern that had become dull. We liked that our technician Mirko was the same person who gave us the quote. He explained what he could and could not do for us and delivered on what was promised. We had to re-schedule our appointment and the company was flexible with that.
Description of Work: We had carpet in two rooms and hallway steam cleaned and carpet stretched back into shape in one of the rooms.

+ -1 moreEddie quoted me a price of $165, but because he couldn't repair the carpet the original way he said he could, the method he substituted still did the job and he dropped the price to $115. Now how many craftsmen would be honest and drop the price from their original quotes? Not too many, I can assure you. In fact this is the first time it's happened to me. Eddie is a rarity in this business: an honest craftsman. I intend to use his quality services every chance I get.
