Description of Work: Baker Upton, the Owner of Weldon Electric, personally completed a very extensive electrical wiring project, totaling 10 separate operations, for the Terrace Level of my home in order for it to be a completely self contained apartment. The project took four days and I found his craftsmanship superb, his pricing very competitive and his demeanor on the job outstanding. In short, he was a true pleasure to deal with. I give him my highest recommendation and will use him for all of my rental home electrical projects in the future.

Description of Work: Fixed a broken ceiling fan.

Description of Work: Weldon Electric installed a dryer power supply, checked and corrected multiple electrical outlets and switches, and checked electrical wiring.

Description of Work: I need a dining room hanging light fixture install. I thought I might need the box changed cause of the weight of the fixture. The box was moving down when the new fixture was attached to it. Mr Baker (That's actually his first name) Call me when he was on his way. He arrive within an hour and immediately put on his booties so not to dirty my carpets or floors. Once he assess the issue, he inform me that the builder had improperly install the old light fixture. So he needed to correct that and he would be able to hang the light fixture with same box cause it could hold up to 25 pounds. After he made that correction, it was just connecting the bracket for the fixture and screwing it in. Now that's when he ran into a little issue with the bracket not being high enough so the plate would be flush with the ceiling. After a few tries of unscrewing and adjusting, he was able to accomplish this. Great job!
