I normally don't have anything negative to say about a business, but afters years of adding accessories, over $5k, to my truck, I won't be coming back to spend my money here. I came in last week to have an estimate for my train horns to be put on and the technician came up to the counter to look at the horns and give me a price. The technician told me and the service guy the price of the job. He wrote it up and we agreed on a date for the installation. I come in after working 12 hours overnight to have the install done, and the technician takes the truck around back and I leave. I get half way home and get a call saying that the tech quoted the price of one horn not two and it will be an additional $160. That may not seem a lot to most people but when you give me a written estimate, looked at both horns/kits and give me your word, then we have a problem. I am Veteran who served proudly in the Army as well as a loyal customer who has spend several dollars at your business and despite the negative rating/comments still spend my money with you and you can't honor what you put in writing/your word, then I will take my business elsewhere. Such a shame.

I got Billy (the owner) to install an aftermarket amp onto my truck. After arrogantly insuring me that he never screws up, the amp install was bungled due to improper wiring. I brought the truck back to his shop 3 TIMES in order to try to get it fixed. On the 3rd appointment, Billy informs me that it won't be for another 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. When I expressed my concerns that this investment was not worth all the trouble I was going through, he unprofessionally told me that he "wasn't gonna take any of my S***" and if I wanted, he'd "just take the whole system out for me." Bottom line, Billy is your best friend if he knows that you're about to spend money. However, he is incredibly rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional after you've spent the money and you're trying to expect a little courtesy of customer service.

I found their number in the Yellow Pages. I gave them a call to find out more about window tinting and how much it cost. I had never had any tinting done before so I didn't know much about it. I talked to Phillip and Matt about the process and they explained it to me in great detail and I feel that I learned a lot. The problem is this. I was told the process would only take about 2 hours. In fact it took more than 3 hours and they have no place for customers to sit. No lounge, no chairs, not even a coke machine and the bathroom was definitely not for ladies. As for the tint job, it was mediocre at best and I was left with scratched tint on the two front side windows and bubbles in the rear windshield. I was told too come back in 4 days so they could ''smooth out'' any blemishes and that it needed time to dry. I came back 4 days later to get the bubbles and scratches fixed. Matt came outside looked at my car for about 3 minutes and said come back in 3 days. I never went back.
Description of Work: I had my rear window and all four door windows tinted.
