I met the CEO of the company and we had a long discussions about products and services. I like that this a Veteran ran business and I really like when the CEO says he is going to do something.... You can consider it done. We need more small businesses like this. Good services/products go far... But honesty goes farther. Highly recommend!

From the booking to payment, everything was an easy process. Not only did they communicate is a very professional way after requesting services, but I received text message reminders about my appointment, and when they were on their way. When they arrived they were very polite and professional answering any questions I had about the process. They were in an out and thoughtful. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the areas around the rugs that were cleaned were wiped up. I will def be using them again!

The team went above and beyond to get our carpets and couches clean. They provide very excellent value for your money. I will use them again and I highly recommend them. They did a thorough cleaning job to get our carpets back like new.

Johnny with Spotless Floor Service arrived at our house on time and got straight to work. He handled all of our concerns and made certain we were happy with his work prior to departing. Can't tell how much it means to us when a company does exactly what they say they would do. Without having to do the back and forth dance. I highly recommend Spotless Floor Service. I would also highly recommend you request "Johnny El Camacho" to perform your service. He was awesome!

+ -1 moreI had 3 rooms, a hallway, and my stairs done by Salgado Carpet Cleaning it they did such a great job. They were professional and very detail-oriented. They were able to remove a nasty stain that I would hide with a desk. I’m telling all my girlfriends to book with them because my upstairs looks as fresh as it did when I purchased my home. I will be booking again when the time calls for it.
