Care was given to move small pieces of furniture. The gentleman in charge was knowledgeable and friendly. Upon cleaning my carpet, my house smelled fresher and looked cleaner. He was diligent about working in spots with a special cleaner and was able to make the entire carpet look much nicer. The price quoted for the job was the best I received and it is exactly what I paid. I am very pleased with the service, prep, cleaning and cleanup afterwards.

I was super happy with the work and level of customer service provided. They were very friendly, reasonably priced and really went the extra mile. Due to my misunderstanding of the quote, I was prepared to pay almost double. They could have made more money off me but decided to be honest and fair. They even came back the next day free of charge to resolve a problem for me that wasnâ t their fault to begin with. Really shows their character! Iâ ll be hiring them again and again!
