Disappointed, our rugs came back still smelling dirty, they brought the biggest one back still wet, had to take it back for a couple days. They were still matted down I brushed them to make them look better. I don't know their process, but I would think they would deodorize them to make them smell nice. Wish I would have looked around more.

Great! They called first and were on time. The workers were so friendly and helpful moving my furniture and went above and beyond what I asked for. They did a great job and I’ve already found another task for them to clean my tile floors.

It was more than excellent. My carpet looks amazing. The customer service was impeccable. What else was amazing was that the carpet did not take long to dry at all!!!! I will definitely use Spotless Carpet Services again!!!!!

There was a mix up with the appointment time, however Jason was very professional and he came personally to introduce himself which I thought was outstanding. The technician was also personable and funny. The cleaning was great, the carpet came out very nice and the deodorizer smelled amazing. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them again in the future.

The best carpet cleaning service. The carpets look fantastic! They are an old school run business where quality and customer service are the priority. Attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism are just a few things that stand out. I did have one area of carpet that was too far gone but they were honest and straightforward about it not being able to get cleaned. I prefer a company that delivers and doesn’t offer false promises. I was also pleasantly surprised their prices are more than reasonable. Will definitely be calling them again!

The 2 gentlemen that came were excellent workers and did a very good job on the carpet cleaning portion- I would give that part a 4.5 I would not recommend for the upholstery cleaning

Super nice folks and very easy to work with - over text and in person. Did a very good job and we’re not at all slowed down by my dog or toddler. Would absolutely recommend especially for working families.

Spots are coming through as carpet fully dries. Needs attention. Along with the area of carpet he forgot to clean. Have him or someone else do the job correctly!!

Mr. Salgado is sound business man. When he gives his word a job will be done, then consider it done. If there are any issues, Mr.Salgado will fix it without a hitch. He reminds me of an old soul with honoring his word and business. I would hire him again and again.

I had 3 rooms, a hallway, and my stairs done by Salgado Carpet Cleaning it they did such a great job. They were professional and very detail-oriented. They were able to remove a nasty stain that I would hide with a desk. I’m telling all my girlfriends to book with them because my upstairs looks as fresh as it did when I purchased my home.
