Jimmy was nice and respectful. I had an emergency call, he showed up on time the first thing in the morning. Pumped the tank, cleared all the pipes and left the place clean. Would recommend this company if you are looking for honest and reliable people.

Jimmy and Cletus great service, they were on time. Jimmy explained everything in detail and what needed to be done, the options, he even helped me with plumbing issues with toilets n the house, to save me from calling the plumber. super helpful will use again

Jimmy and Cletus did great job at our house getting our septic tank going again on a Saturday when most companies didn’t want to come out. They also explain to us how everything thinks and how to prevent fuerte maintenance or damaged. Thanks again

These gentlemen, Jimmy and Cletus that came out to service our septic tank, were very professional, kind and explained everything in great detail what services were needed and being done. I will call them again next time the septic needs service.

I called them to get my septic pumped and we set up a time for them to come out the next day. It was a good response. They came out and opened my septic on the drain side. They pulled out my filter and cleaned it. They didn’t charge me for that. Which I respect. Then we got into the discussion of pumping it. The guy was really personable and friendly. He went into what we need to do and what is wrong. In the end the quote was $2500. Yes you read that correctly $2500!!!!! I just wanted it pumped, no clogs or back ups. These guys are out here fear selling and taking advantage of people that don’t know. I like supporting local but not if they are taking advantage of the people that don’t know. The people there are nice I’ll give them that, but the price is outrageous. I got my septic pumped and inspected by a more reputable company for more than 75% less than what Simply Septic quoted. The more reputable company said everything was good. They are nice people but don’t let them fool you!!!! They are crooks!

Unfortunately a "simple pump" of septic turned into a $2,700 project. Stated that leach bed needed pumped and a chemical added. Wish I hadn't been at work and wish I had done my research prior because I am not the only one that has been gouged after they arrived. Below is just one of the same complaints I found on Home Advisers. DO YOUR RESEARCH and save your wallet! "Review by Yvonne R. in Loganville, GA Project: Pump Out a Septic Tank Charged $1,650 to pump/drain septic tank and add one Baffle. Also charged $975 for remedial chemical treatment (which the State and County Environmental Health I contacted has said was not necessary and not recommended). I've contacted 6 additional Septic businesses (unfortunately AFTER the fact) that said charge to pump tank/field lines and adding a Baffle should have been approx $500 to $700 - not the $1,650 I was charged (and that was with a Senior Discount....some discount). Total cost was $2,625....BUYER BEWARE!! SHOP AROUND!!!" At least he got a "Senior Discount" ALWAYS get a second opinion when large amounts of money are being requested!

They were hard working, funny, and really did a great job. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others.
