Jimmy came out and gave us an estimate and recommended repairs. He and another fellow named robinson came and performed the repair and pump out right on time and were very pleasant to deal with and were careful of the property. On time, well equipped, cordial, explained/answered my many questions, Cleaned up after job and gave my my "old man" discount

They scheduled me early in a.m. and showed up ahead of time. The 2-man crew finished what a previous company said they had done, but only did minimum hoping to sell me a very costly replacement system. Drain field needed cleaning (enzymes) and roots removed from opening. They finished in about 2 hours and explained each process as necessary. I will definitely use Simply Septic Services again and have no qualms in recommending them to others in this subdivision. Additionally they

35 year old system and the tank was full to the top. They explained that the cause was due to the drain field being clogged and not working, which makes sense. They gave me a price and pumped out the w hole system and applied enzymes to help clear it out. They used a probe and shovel to get to the openings. Minimum damage to the yard.! Others insisted that an excavator was necessary. (to do 10 minutes of hand digging). I have a secondary system and I will use them to pump it. The two men were excellent to work with.

Holy cow! Absolutely the best service experience possible. They came out to help me promptly, called before they arrived, identified the problem, and fixed it quickly. The technician explained things to me, and gave me tips for maintaining my septic system. He only did the work that was necessary, and was careful to not mess-up my yard any more than necessary. The price was incredibly reasonable. If you are looking for an honest and professional company to work on your septic system, stop looking and call Simply Septic. Excellent service but seemed expensive

I can't say enough good things about this company! Jimmy and Elrod are the most courteous, professional septic experts in the business. They repaired my antiquated septic system. They did not cut corners but managed to stay within my budget. I am 100% confident that my septic system has been brought back to life and won't malfunctiion again, I highly recommend this company for their top notch service, fair prices and the outstanding workmanship these 2 gentlemen provided for my repair project. And they were finished in no time...I thought it woukd take a lot longer!!

Excellent customer service! They called on their way and arrived on time. Jimmy and Elrod were courteous and professional. They inspected my septic tank and advised that it did not need to be pumped at this time. No charge! Not many companies are this honest. They explained various work that may need to be done in the future. The dirt and grass was put back (except the big patch of weeds and poison ivy the backhoe easily removed that I had been trying to kill and dig up by myself) They provided genuiine and honest customer service. I will definitely use them in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and neighbors. ð ð

They were running a little late, so they called ahead to tell me so...which was very nice. When they got her, they diagnosed the problem immediately. They were blunt and very straightforward with what was wrong, how they were going to repair it and how much it was going to cost. They were in and out in about 90 minutes.
