These guys were awesome! They came out and not only checked my septic tank, but told me that it looked great and that they could pump if I wanted them to, but I definitely did not have to. They were honest with me and treated me with respect and integrity. I will keep these guys on file and will definitely call them again!

Work was done professionally. I have an 40-year-old system, and they thoroughly explained what process options I had to service my system. When i chose my option, they did a professional and thorough job on time and as promised.

Charged $1,650 to pump/drain septic tank and add one Baffle. Also charged $975 for remedial chemical treatment (which the State and County Environmental Health I contacted has said was not necessary and not recommended). I've contacted 6 additional Septic businesses (unfortunately AFTER the fact) that said charge to pump tank/field lines and adding a Baffle should have been approx $500 to $700 - not the $1,650 I was charged (and that was with a Senior Discount....some discount). Total cost was $2,625....BUYER BEWARE!! SHOP AROUND!!!

Work was completed within time that they said it would be. I had two other companies that had checked my tank and told me they could find no problem. Simply Septic Services explained to me what was wrong with the system and fixed it. A little on the pricey side but worth it if it took care of the problem.

They made me believe that they were giving me a great deal--senior and military discounts, but really that was not the case. I should have asked more precise questions of other businesses. After the fact,, I found that I could have gotten the same service for almost half what I paid. Price was much too high!
