Guys were prompt and Professional. They laid out all my options and explained the pro's and con's of each. Overall very satisfied.

Very fast & friendly service. I felt the cost may have been raised as I am a single gal. They cleaned out the tank, flushed the drain field and the drain pipe.

I had tank pumped out, new baffles put in, field lines pumped out and PVC pipe to field lines replaced. Representatives were courteous and knowledgeable. I was offered several options based on what I felt and did not feel I was not pressured for services I did not need. All services were performed within about 2 hours.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to carefully inspect the system, provided all options from a quick fix to complete system reset and gave good, practical advice. Work was done quickly and well. It is a compliment to say that we hope they don't come back for four years as that means everything went as planned.

Called the number on a Friday night and was told that they could be at my house at around 11 am the next day. Received a callback about 30 minutes later saying they could be here at 9 am (They arrived at 8:30). Leon and his partner showed up and determined what the issue was with my septic system. He explained everything that was needed and listed all of the options with the pros and the cons of each option. The work was completed in about 2 hours. Very pleased with the work. When they were finished, I mentioned that I thought I would have to replace the drain fields and Leon's partner told me that some companies that he had worked for that would have been the only option. Seems like a good company to call.

The company contacted me and was empathetic to the rudeness I experienced the day before from another company. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. Each step of the process was explained with options for future repairs as needed. Leon and Jimmy appeared knowledgeable and genuinely interested in doing a great job. They answered as many questions as I asked and did not pressure me to accept an expensive fix that I did not absolutely have to have at the moment. I appreciated that and would recommend them without reservation.

My fault. I agreed to letting them work on my tank when I called to have my system end pumped out. $4500 so I can't help but feel ripped off after the fact for two hours of work. Again it was my fault, but I sure won't ever let that happen again.

Frank, I do not his last name, was the person that came out to correct a problem that I was experiencing with my septic tank. I thought that I could get by with having the tank pumped out. Frank was on time and discovered the problem. He was able to explain the problem and the correction necessary to correct it. He was very knowledgable and courteous. I would like recommend them.

Very friendly and explained all options available

Jake and Jimmy were the only service willing to continue playing phone tag with me until we were able to arrange a time for them to visit. When they did, they told me they weren't able to work on my system due to licensing, but gave me a referral to another company, with that company's phone number and specialist's name, who came out within 24 hours. I could not be more pleased with their integrity and customer service, and while I had to hire someone else for my issue, I will be recommending Simply Septic to anyone in need for the foreseeable future.

They did great when they came out, they did an excellent job.
