I called 2 Angie's List pressure washers for a quote. Jeff answered my call, sent me 2 texts with a detailed quote, and set a service appt in the time that it took the other company to call me back. Twelve hours later, my home's exterior still smells squeaky clean. Shinetime did an outstanding job, my house sparkles. Plus, Jeff is an all-around super-nice guy! Well-done :>D

They explained what they were going to do and what equipment they were going to use. They cleaned the gutters and all of the downspouts, and cleaned some small limbs off the roof of the house that I could not get to, as well as cleaned the gutter debris from the yard around the house and blew off the patio and front walk. Very polite and efficient.

The guys were awesome, they did an amazing job quickly, even blowing off our driveway which we didn't expect. We also were keen to install gutter guards but they gave us their honest opinion that it wouldn't work in our situation, and that cleaning twice a year should be sufficient. We really appreciated them not taking advantage of us. They were extremely knowledgeable and even left us a no-pressure proactive quote to pressure wash the driveway/house and deck in the future should we need it. Would definitely hire again. Great. They contacted me via e-mail within 12 hrs of placing my order through Angie's List. I made one call to them to get the appointment scheduled. On the day of the service they contacted me to confirm and also offered to come earlier, if I was available. They were friendly, fixed my issue and a few minor repairs and didn't charge me anything more than was quoted on Angie's List. If you want to hire someone who is very professional and gets the job done right.....then this is the company for you.

They did a wonderful job. It was raining so I expected a delay but they came and cleaned the gutters and roof. They found where the gutter was clogged and removed the problem. I will definitely keep their name for future use.

The owner of the firm (Jeff Johnson), along with one employee first determined what needed to be done by visual inspection. The gutters had not been cleaned in some time so it was necessary to pressure wash them. The work was done in a careful, professional manner. After cleaning out the gutters, all overflow was cleaned from the walls and the ground. Jeff is the sole owner of the firm and takes pride in his work, and is congenial. I plan to use him in the future, and recommend him highly.

They are awesome. Just call to get your gutters cleaned. You will never regret taking this item off your honey-do list.

Jeff and his helper were PHENOMENAL. I am actually shocked at HOW GOOD, courteous and professional these guys were. They were here making everything right. All I can tell you is that this work was severely challenging on my heavily sloped roof, and what they did, and HOW they did it was truly amazing. I can tell you this - they are now my pros for my next gutter cleaning job. They went WAY past the call of duty. And, in anticipation of what others may be worried about, these fellas broke nothing, cleaned up after they were done, and actually repaired something of mine (gutter related) that saved me money and allowed me to bring back items I purchased at a major hardware store chain to replace the broken piece. Superb work!

Guys did a great job. I have hired them twice. Gutters are cleaned and they left year in better shape than they found it.
