They did a good job. I was impressed that they cleared off the leaves and vines that were on the patio even though I said that I would. They were definitely willing to go above what was expected, although part of it was because they called to provide service with only 2 - 3 hours notice, so I had to rearrange my schedule a little. Still, it worked out well for both parties so overall, I was very pleased.

Jeff was on time and professional with his work. He explained what he was going to do and took care of my home while cleaning it. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

They work went wonderfully they made all the repairs and it looks better than new. I came home last night to and they were still working finishing up the work. Jeff and Jason are just good people and they do quality work at a good price. I did not feel the need to shop around because the quality of there work far exceeds the price I paid.

They scheduled us for a Tuesday a week or so out, but then texted us over the weekend to see if they could move us up to the first thing on Tuesday at 8:00 AM. We agreed, and they showed up on-time, cleaned the gutters (seriously, trees growing in there), and used a leaf blower to clean off my porch and driveway. They were professional, polite, and stuck to the price they quoted. We asked about a price to install gutter guards, and they provided a price later that day via email. Couldn't be happier.

It was a dreary, rainy day but it went well. They went above and beyond my expectations despite the weather.

Cleaned gutters and downspouts. It has helped water not go over the front of gutters. Was professional and knew what they were doing. Only complaint was that one metal flap to keep water from jumping over gutter, was bent downward horizontal after their visit and I did have to get ladder and bend it back up vertical to help water to not jump the gutter in that location right on the front of my house above front porch roof.

Jeff did a GREAT job cleaning our gutters. My only source of recommendation for Shinetime Services was Angie's List, based on previous reviews. As usual, my experience matched the reviews his company garnered. He was prompt responding by phone and text. Their arrival was a little later than planned, and he texted me to let me know they were running late and gave me an exact adjusted arrival time. Great communication. Our gutters have gutter toppers on them, and we have an asphalt shingled roof. Years of grit built up in the bottom of our gutters from the shingles, as well as a couple of cunningly placed bird's nests were causing water flow issues. Also, our gutters are pre-colored a light almond color, and had years of dirt streak stains on them. Jeff and his helper properly disengaged the downspouts so they wouldn't clog our buried run-off pipes. They removed gutter toppers where necessary and pressure washed the gutters clear of all debris including the built-up grit. Then they cleaned all the built-up grime off the outside of the gutters. NOTE: We had this done in late July. Jeff commented and I now see the wisdom in this - don't have your gutters cleaned in the hottest part of the summer! Everything dries VERY quickly, and can be problematic with any cleaning solutions used. It's much better to have the job done when temperatures are milder. I am recommending this company to friends and neighbors, and will definitely hire them again.

I purposefully waited until after it rained to write this, because I wanted to see the difference. We have a rental home, so I don't know when the gutters were last cleaned, but I'm guessing it was over 4 years ago. Before Shinetime came, we had water pouring OVER the gutters and pooling in them, rather than running through and going down the downspouts. We had downspouts that had broken off halfway down the house. The situation was not good. Shinetime cleared everything, fixed the downspouts and cleared em. The rain today was the first since, and it appears our gutters now work beautifully! They're good guys, very nice, took the time to answer questions and explain what they were doing and why. I've seen a few review mention they clean up after, but try to picture 4+ years of dirt from packed gutters coming out of your gutters. There wasn't a speck to see after they left. Super great job guys! Thanks again!

It turned out very well. I could not say enough. He is very professional, he comes out and does more than he advertises, he is very courteous and careful with other people's belongings. I've used him twice now and he is about the same way. On that particular time I had asked him to do some more extra work once he got here and he said that because we had already paid $180, he would only charge me half of what we were charged to do the extra work because the $180 was for a larger house than what we really have. I would have gladly paid him $180 for what he did and that extra $50 or so that he wanted to begin with. The deal was for $180 to clean the decks and I asked him, "While you're up on my roof and if you feel it's safe could you please cut back some branches that were hanging over the roof?" and he did. Since that wasn't added onto the service he said that he would have charged me 80 hours to do the trimming which is far cheaper than anybody far fetched to get and I had already paid 40 hours over. He only charged me 40 hours and he did not charge me more than the deal. He is excellent and we will continue to use him as long as he is in business.

He was extremely professional, accommodating, flexible and punctual and the quality of work was exceptional. He was on time and finished the work very quickly. We will definitely be calling this provider again and would recommend to anyone.

Jeff and Jason did a fantastic job on my house. As I get ready to put it on the market, I needed to get the outside looking great. Jeff responded very quickly and showed up right on time. They spent the whole day working on my house. You would not catch me on the roof, but they use safety equipment and worked every part of it. Jeff explained the process he was using for the cleaning and made sure I understood everything. Great equipment, cleaned up everything and didn't even back up in the grass as he was leaving at 7:30 pm. I would reccomend them every day and twice on Sunday. Great work at a fair price. 4 gold stars.
