Quick response and scheduling. Called ahead to let me know when they were arriving. Arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning job. And cleaned all debris that fell from the roof and gutters. I will definitely hire this company again. Also price was extremely reasonable because I have lots of gutter and roof is very high up and very steep.

Responsiveness: The initial conversation Jeff got back to me the same day after reaching out. He spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me going over his background but also the the process he will take to power wash my property. He was not over bearing like other vendors and did not try to up sell any additional services on the phone. He provided a complete breakdown of the pricing and what it included. Price: The price was aligned with other quotes from companies but Jeff went above and beyond by taking care of parts of my property we did not discuss. So I would certainly say from a value perspective the price was more then fair. Quality: Even though my house was painted less then 20 months ago I did go thru 2 spring seasons of pollen and felt it was time to keep my paint looking fresh. I can certainly tell the difference for my paint looks great as the day the first coat was applied. I have owned my property for 2 years and never had the driveway or walkway cleaned. They look like the day the contractor poured the cement. It provides an additional level of curb appeal to my property now. Punctuality: My mom always said if your on time your late and if your early your on time. Jeff was slated to show up at 8:30 and he arrived earlier then the mentioned time. I appreciate vendors that arrive at the time they indicated. He also mentioned pending no issues how long the entire process would take and he was pretty accurate. Professionalism: Jeff is very personable. When he arrived he presented me with his hello, introduced himself and his colleague and provided me with a business card. He then walked me thru the process of what he was going to do first and last. After he was completed he walked me around the property and pointed out areas that were difficult but he was able to make it look way better then it was previous. He also went above and beyond by doing parts of my property which we did not discuss and did not try to charge me additionally. I would certainly recommend shine time and this is rare since normally I have issues with most vendors. Jeff is certainly a contractor I will reach out to in the future.

All I can say is.... try to get on his schedule..... he is truly the best...

The appointment was scheduled with Jeff one day and Jason arrived on time the following morning to do the work. He was very thorough in washing the tri-level house (with vinyl siding), driveway, and storage building. He moved furniture on the porch which I was not able to move. Jason was very courteous, competent, and professional. I will definitely use this service again.

Jeff also washed the railings and baseboards of the screened porch, as well as four Adirondack chairs by the pool. His attention to detail was outstanding.

Jeff really went above and beyond with his services. The house, porch and side walks look new after his work. The services rendered by Shinetime Services was excellent. I would definitely hire them again for services. Jason finished with his previous appointment early and called first to see if it was okay for him to come a little early. He provided pressure washing services for my driveway, walk way and porch, and also my patio in the back yard. As an extra service, Jason also pressure washed my patio furniture who knew that it was so dirty and after he finished I saw the difference. I am pleased to say that all of my concrete space looks great, what a great improvement. Great job Shinetime Services.

Got his contact information from Angies List and gave him a call. Jeff asked me to text him my address and he looked up the picture of the house online and gave me an estimate. Then he called and discussed open dates that he had. He was here at 8 AM as promised and he and his helper were finished with all the work, packed up and ready to leave by 11:00 AM. They have a powerful trailer mounted system that they park in the street and run the hoses from there to clean the house. They also have a water heating system that they used to get some of the stubborn dirt off my driveway. Very organized and very quick. The house had not been cleaned for four years and had patches of green mildew on three sides that are in the shade during the day. It all looks great now. I would gladly use Jeff again and will recommend him to my friends.He saved me a weekend of work with my homeowner pressure washer - it was well worth the money.

They showed up on time and introduced themselves. I had a ton of potted plants and stuff on my patio and they moved it all for me and moved it back when they were done. They did a great job pressure washing the areas they were hired to do but they also did parts of my house, my outdoor plastic furniture, the stone walkway leading to the back yard, and even my garage door! They really went above and beyond. It took about 2 hours and that was the best $100 I ever spent. I will hire them every year if I need to!

Shinetime Services were great! We called on Monday, March 14th for an estimate and the work was done on Thursday, March 17th. They were great to work with and on time at 7:45 a.m. just like Jeff said they would be. They did a great job on power washing the house and the driveway. This is the best that our house has ever looked as well as the driveway. We will be using them again. They know exactly how to clean a house and driveway. They were very pleasant and very thorough. A+ job. Very reasonable on the pricing as well. We are very pleased! Great job!

These guys are terrific! Great service and quality of work. And, personable as well! I look forward to having them come back in the fall to do the roof and gutters again as the leaves come down.

It went extremely well. They scheduled appointment for the week after I called them, were here on time and did an awesome job. I wasn't home when they were here, but they kept me apprised of arrival time and sent me pictures of the finished product when they were done.
