I purchased the deal on Sunday, 1/8/2017. Jeff called me on Monday and scheduled to come out on Tuesday based on the weather improving. Jeff arrived 1 full hour early for our appointment. This was fine, but could have been a problem depending on work commitments. My gutters were a mess, full of pine needles, leaves, and ice after the ice storm. They worked diligently for over 3 hours to clear the ice dams and make sure everything was flowing nicely. They also reattached the gutters in several places where the weight from the ice had pulled them away from the house. There was no upselling or pressure to buy anything else. I was very pleased and will not hesitate to hire Jeff and his team in the future.

Also, I had new gutters put on by a company not on Angie's List just about a year prior and was not happy with their service and not sure the product was actually new gutters. Jeff came out and cleaned the gutters and when I asked him about them he said they were good gutters and just needed a few minor repairs - which I suspected anyway. They were very careful with my garden, cleaned everything up and did not rush the job. I plan on using them again in January.

After having a terrible experience, *with another provider*, that we purchased a deal from Angie's list for for gutter cleaning, we decided to purchase the deal from Shinetime Services for our gutter cleaning. As bad as the previous experience was....this was the absolute opposite. Jeff was in contact with us thru the process, they came out to our house when he said they would, and performed the services that we paid for. His crew took pictures of the house before and after and sent them to us via text. This company is extremely professional and courteous and does the work they promise to do. Although cleaning gutters is not something we look forward to - we know the next time it needs to be done we will absolutely contact them to perform the work. Thanks so much!

Perfectly. There was no lumps of pine straw on the ground around the house, or on the back deck. The back deck was fully blown down as well.

He responded to my call promptly and came out to the house to access the job at the time he told me. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me a price. Jeff arrived at the time he said he would to do the job. He was very careful around the plants and shrubbery, by keeping them watered down with fresh water. Jeff and his helper did everything the quoted and a few other little things that needed to be done to make the job perfect. My wife and I were very satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
