I had the same experience for the most part as all these others reviewers. I hope that others check these reviews before they call them. I was referred to them via Rheem as well because my new water heater was leaking water. This husband and wife pair are horrible and take advantage of the everyday consumer as well as Rheem. Rheem needs to know about them but apparently don't care. My call was for warranty work instead of returning it to Home Depot. My recommendation is to return it. Rheem does not background or review check their plumbers! They came out and said it was plumbing in my house. Tim came out and immediately complained about how the house's plumbing was installed. Long story short he did some upgrades on my new water heater and also said my water pressure regulator was bad on the house and needed to be replaced. 450.00 more than the 350.00 he was charging just for the water heater! I later realized the pressure regulator wasn't the problem. He installed a new pressure regulator, and left the OLD ONE STILL ON. He claimed you didn't need to remove the old. Water pressure tanked and the new regulator leaked. I called him back 2 more times and he kept telling me it was "sweating". Apparently only sweating in one area! Then he tried to tell me I was in good hands. Seriously?! Stay as far from this pair as you can. Even his wife made some comments about family dating an African American guy...and she wasn't happy about it. Tim tried to catch the comment from her but it was too late. My wife and I were floored. They have no business being in business. Be very very cautious! We were in too much of a hurry and ended up spending 800.00!!!
Description of Work: called through a referral through Rheem for warranty work on a new water heater. They ended up doing the work but also telling us a water pressure regulator needed to be installed and they installed it and left the old one on.

We've made 2 separate appointments for Saxton to repair toilets and both times were a no show. The first time no one showed up and when a call was made to the business, the Saxton rep was rude and said her husband became ill and couldn't come. The second time, we were given a 10-1 window, and at 11:30 Saxton called to say they couldn't come b/c the dog got out. Either you have a business to run or not...Would not recommend this firm.
Description of Work: Saxton was called to repair a toilet.
