REALLY ? how can you get any better? ? ANSWER YOU CAN'T he sure is a nan of his word. He arrived as he said, look over the project and inform us as to what was wrong with the unit. From there we discuss different options and was was best for our value. He was polite, neat clean and considerate of what we wanted didn't try to over sell or convince us other wise. Rocky responded within hours of when I first contacted him. He scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He was on time, professional, and pleasant. He provided options and then proceeded in completing the work. He cleaned up after he finished. Provided the warranty and explained how to contact him if any problems occurred.

Rocky was prompt and efficient. He diagnosed the issue and gave me choices (repair or replace the unit), and quickly replaced the entire vacuum motor assembly.

Excellent responce and workmanship. It was expensive

Rocky responded within hours to a request for service. I explained that my system wasn?t suctioning as it had been. He indicated he would be in my area on the next day and scheduled giving me a 2 hour window. He arrived on time, assessed the system and offered 2 options; replacement of motor or replacement of system. We chose system replacement with a 10 year warranty. Rocky was able to complete installation within hours.

The service tech was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new unit since our old one was around 15 years. The install was done very fast and completed during that trip.
