The service tech was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new unit since our old one was around 15 years. The install was done very fast and completed during that trip.

Rocky had great communication, reasonably priced services, and was straight forward about our situation.

We used Rocky’s services for replacing a central vacuum system in a house that we just bought. It was not an easy project since he had to reconnect a few pipes, find leaks and figure out the best place for the new unit. He had to come for a second time to finish the work. Rocky did an excellent job, and we are very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Provided alternatives to fixing unit from 1997 vs getting a new one. We had a new unit installed at a very reasonable price. We plan to use Rocky’s for our routine service in the future. We have a second 1997 central vacuum unit above the garage and plan to have routine maintenance done on it later in the year
