Rocky was responsive, quickly addressed the problem. He gave me two alternatives, as soon as I selected the alternative, the next day he was able to install the new system and I'm very happy with it.

Rocky replaced our central vacuum with anew unit. Labor cost was very high and we did not receive any of the tools that normally come with the unit. The workmanship was good and all issues were addressed in a professional manner.
