They are outstanding. They try to send the same team each time. When the lead on "my" team was sick one week, the owner took her place so that there would be consistency.

Melinda did a move-in house cleaning for us and was very thorough with the job. She cleaned all the nooks and crannies, leaving no stone unturned. She knew that we have young children and made sure to sanitize all the knobs, handles and switches kids loooove to touch too. The very first night we moved in, I felt extremely comfortable knowing that the bathrooms were clean and sanitized for our use. The kitchen and floors also looked amazing. We had just had solid flooring put in the downstairs area so there had been a lot of dust everywhere. Once Melinda tackled the home, all of the debris was gone! I really like the fact that she uses HEPA equipment and allergen free products too. Everything looked and smelled amazing. I absolutely recommend Melinda for your house cleaning needs. She is pleasant, professional and works hard to make sure her customers are satisfied. She even called me prior to charging my credit card to make sure I was completely happy with her work. Wow, now that's really putting customer satisfaction first! Believe me, I will definitely be using Melinda with Brite Touch Cleaning services again. =)
