Very professional. They were on time, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and going beyond the scope of the job, as well as doing an awesome outdoor cleanup (saving me from having to deal with it), which no other company has done before, in my 32 years of septic experience. They also have finance options, if needed, for major repairs. I highly recommend Ernie.

Beware of the price they quote you on the phone, they come and dig up your yard and the tell you that you need much more. I was quoted $350 on the phone and then when said and done it was $746..00. They charged $125.00 to to pull out a filter and was it off and replace, all the companies low ball you to get them here, then they know they have you when they arrive, BEWARE
