From the moment Michael and his team walked into our house he kept his promise that work would begin immediately unlike ServPro. (I had some unfortunate events with ServPro that led me to Restoration Complete) We had an unfortunate second floor leak occur and travel down to main level and into basement. As soon as I gave Michael the green light, within 20 minutes, a crew was on-site beginning the demo. Michael took the time and walked us through the process from demo to rebuild. He provided us details and was willing to work with us during our travels out of town. Very trustworthy guys and crew while we were traveling. I would NOT hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. The rebuild/finish is beyond what we were expecting so we are very happy with the rebuild quality. Overall, 5 stars due to a solid rebuild to a trustworthy team. Thanks again Restoration Complete Team!

I highly recommend Restoration Complete. If you ever have any kind of water damage to your home. They did a excellent job repairing my leaking roof. And cleaning up the water damage on the second floor of the house. The mildew smell had set in and once they completed, their cleanup, the smell was gone and the repairs looked great!! Thank you so much.
