Regal Fence

Paid half job on 8/2/13 I was told job would start Monday 8/5/13 and be a 2/3 day job. Owner said complete on 8/20/13 16 days later. All three gates looked horrible not level, different heights, one side of double gate would not open, single gate was 4ft not 5 ft. I had another fence company come out to look at job they could not believe my gates or that he was a professional fence company and said it certainly didn't meet professional industry standards as stated on his quote/contract. I paid them to remove gates and install new ones which look correct, level, same height, and operate correctly. I have not paid the remaining balance at this time because I had to pay the other fence company and I still have cost involved repairing property damage done by Regal Fence. My house is new closed on July 29, 2013 with new sod and seed I have to replace nonexistent sod and seed that was destroyed, clean up fence parts thrown in the woods beside my house, clean up trash, wood, etc left on my property, touch up paint from muddy handprints on my siding at water hose (which I also found left on and leaking for at least two days)! This company was certainly not punctual since it took 16 days to complete a 3 day job at his standards and very unprofessional working without shirt, sleeping in his truck in my driveway, trashing my yard, asking for remainder of balance before the job was completed gates were not installed at this time. I tried working with the owner and even let him change double gate location to make location more level so he could make the gates work and my boyfriend volunteered to provide a welder and weld for him and dig out under gates so he could finish the job to get paid and I would have my fence complete bc I was having to keep my two dogs trapped on the back deck during this whole stressful 16 day ordeal ! I would never use this company again or refer them to anyone. I have pictures of gates installed by Regal Fence and after pictures of properly installed gates but do not know how to submit them.
