Evan is a very responsive and knowledgeable expert. We reached out to him on a Friday night and he showed up on Saturday morning. After a few hours of diagnosis, he determined the underlying issue was our Denon receiver. He worked with Denon on the phone and found out we needed to replace the 3 year old unit. Fortunately, it was under warranty. He came back out to complete our theater room setup once we got the replacement receiver. We could not recommend Evan more highly for any of your electronics repair and installation as well as home automation. He is amazing to work with.

Getting a new big screen Smart TV hung in the house made me anxious because I have had less than desirable outcomes in the past and have seen even worse things happen with some friends. I did quite a bit of searching and landed on ProServices LLC. Evan gave me a quote which was significantly less than two others I had received so I was a little bit skeptical. It turns out that Evan has years of experience, starting out in Colorado and has since moved here. I thought I knew what I was doing as far as connections and mounting specifics but this guy is next-level. He's also a perfectionist and has an amazing eye for detail and must have some sort of cerebral yardstick because he can tell when something is off by 1/4" just by looking at it. There's no way Evan is going to leave the job site until you're satisfied with the install. Honestly I was happy with it before he did some final tweaks to make it meet his standard. Evan was professional and knowledgeable. The TV mantel mount was superbly installed considering it was mounted on a rough rock surface above our fireplace. This mount can be easily tilted, moved up or down this increasing the viewerâ s experience. We were so impressed that we hired him for additional work (another review pending). Pro Services was very professional and knowledgeable about tv mounting, along with installing the rest of my home audio system. Evan was quick to return my call and helped us quickly set up an appointment for our new TV and accessories. (This was important because we were excited to use our new tv!). Pro Services LLC did a fantastic job. Evan, the owner, was punctual and did high quality work. What impressed me the most is that after his portion of the job was completed he called me and asked if he could stop by my home and make sure the correct type of drywall (Quiet Rock brand) was being installed over his sound proofing work, and not regular drywall. I was so impressed that he took time out of his day to make sure that the whole project got done correctly.

Antenna picture quality is excellent. The antenna Evan installs is very small, much smaller than the DTV dish. He tested the picture receptions on both my tv's, and since it was excellent I had him install it. He is from MN originally, I am from ND, and we share a similar work ethic. He does an excellent job, is very knowledgeable and experienced, and his pricing is very fair. A company you surely can trust. He also owns an insulating company, I am going to have him check my attic insulation and install an electric attic fan. With United at over 10 cents per KWH it will pay for itself shortly. Additionally, I cancelled DTV. The next day they called me with pricing offers and other incentives. I told them it was too late. I called them every time I got a bill, since it went up every month, and they had their chance. Now I am free and in control. I like to be in control. I am going to set up Tablo and Roku on my network.
