What a treasure Philip Pollard is! Our highly experienced realtor recommended him to help us get our house ready for market and we were very lucky to have him help us. He can do anything and is totally trustworthy and good to have around. He has built houses his entire life and he and his son Mike bring all of that experience and craftsmanship to their handy man business. Phillip does NOT and will not cut corners. He does things right, far better than I even expected him to do. He's just that way. I was juggling many contractors to do different jobs and Phillip actually helped me keep them accountable by quietly and appropriately pointing out to me their minor errors here and there, which I'd have never noticed. The results of his work with us over three weeks will easily pay for themselves as we have the house on the market. Visitors are calling it and quot;immaculate,and quot; which is in part due to Phillips efforts to beautify it. I honestly challenge you to find a better handyman in the Atlanta area who has more skill, works harder, is more prompt and communicative, trustworthy and friendly to boot. On top of all of that, his skill set is unmatched given that he can do anything a house needs done from top to bottom. He could build the whole house from scratch - because he has. He charges a very fair price, too. If you want something done right in your home and want to know you will have good results and experience, hire Phillip Pollard. You won't be sorry. My wife and I did not know Phillip two months ago and now he is like family we appreciate him so much.

They are a father and son team. They would get to my house before I would get home from work and by the third day I gave them a house key so they could use the restroom. They are very trustworthy. Each day they would clean everything up and stack all the ladders and materials up neatly before they left. The week of Thanksgiving was a short week for them but I didn't mind. They didn't get in a big hurry and get sloppy and I liked that.. They did a super quality job. I am so happy with the way my house looks.
