Perfection Roofing & Siding

I am an employee of a large fiber cement siding manufacturer and Perfection Roofing & Siding has been a long time installer of our products in the southeast. When it was time to replace the siding on my personal home, there was no better choice. Russ (owner) was extremely responsive and informative. As an employee of the manufacturer, I had somewhat of an understanding of what I wanted and what was needed but needed the help of an expert. My house was outside of their typical job radius but that didn't stop Russ from driving the hour+ commute to meet me at the house and walk me through exactly what he and his team would do. He handled all of the material takeoffs and ordering so that I didn't have to stress it. He also was very reasonably priced for the quality of work that I received. Russ was even able to get a team on site and have the entire house finished and painted within a week of our walk through. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in the greater Atlanta area that is needing any work done to their exterior, in regards to siding, roofing, and window/door openings or trims.

They did an excellent service, excellent quality. Russ did everything that he said that he will do, his quality was fantastic and I will recommend him to anyone who need siding and painting job.

Russ was great. He came in with a very competitive price, delivered everything as promised and our house looks great. He has a partner company for windows but that was smooth and easy as well. Great job performed by all. He stands behind his work and he sold us on using him by not making us sit through a 4 hour sales presentation but put us in his car and drove to local homes in our area where he has done work and then left a list of homes for us to go check out ourselves. The list was over 75 customers long spread all over Atlanta. We went to about a dozen of those ourselves at random and they all looked great. We have already referred him to several people in our neighborhood and have offered him to add our home to his list of referrals.

Perfection handled this job very well. Russ, the owner, was always quick to respond to any questions. He takes a lot of pride in the work his company does. I like that. The crew, was really sharp, hardworking, polite and talented. They did an excellent job. I would hire them again, for sure.

Mr. Morton is very confident in his work and prefers to show potential customers his work rather than just talk about it. Therefore be prepared to take a tour through your general area to visit jobs he has finished. They all looked impressively well done so that -in conjunction with his fair pricing- I decided that he will also do a good job on our house. We are very pleased with the result. We complicated his job somewhat by asking him to work around the schedule of the chimney replacement company which had to reschedule due to rain in the forecast. Nevertheless, his siding crew came back from another project to finish everything after the delay. One very weathered window sill had been overlooked in the wood repair, and the paint starting peeling shortly after the paint job was done. Mr. Morton corrected the issue right away by replacing the sill. Thank you. The windows that were installed are beautiful. However, the caulk started cracking at the top. We have scheduled a return visit and are confident that the issue will be resolved. Thank you to Russ and his crew!

Here perfection is effortless. As for my review and experience: You cannot stand to appreciate the quality that Russ and his crew are until you have been throttled into a waste stream mess by other contractors. Yes contractors plural. When I embarked on this journey of a whole house reside in May, I thought it would be a simple scope project. We had a massive amount of hurricane damage that I was finally in a position to tackle. I called Russ initially and then the roofer I had hijacked my project. After an obscene amount of waiting, lying and mistakes, I called Russ desperate to find help. Because he is a true professional, he helped navigate my options and it ultimately led e to understanding my rights and my firing of that company. I could not believe the sheer amount of knowledge Russ had! I prefer Nichiha products and rang them up to get a preferred list of installers for my job scope. Russ came up as number one even having done installations for Nichiha employees!! We had a design meeting, he laid out the project scope, cost break down, and my options. I signed with him immediately. After waiting MONTHS for the project to commence with the now fired contractors, Russ had materials on site less than a week later. Some how me he arranged a dumpster delivery on a holiday! Even that gentleman told me I had the best crew in the industry! Work started and the crew texted me progress pictures every day. My work schedule is tough so I wouldn’t see the site until they were off it. I could call and text both Russ and the job crew superintendent at any hour and they would respond! The tear off was clean concise and day one meant the wrap was on the house. Day two all non street facing sides were complete Day three my house was transformed. All windows newly trimmed, pediments on the windows, my door now feels like a grand entrance. The work is flawless. I even went looking for flaws. Today is sealing/caulking and round one of paint. I will update with pictures before during and after! Thank you Russ for being my siding super hero. Your crew is amazing and your work speaks volumes to your efforts.

I am a perfectionist and prefer to do everything myself because I can't stand when contractors do the bare minimum. I notice all of the little mistakes and they make me crazy. That's why I've done almost all of the repair work on my house myself. When my wife rightfully pointed out that siding and roofing 20+ feet off the ground were not worth the safety risk for me to tackle myself, we hired Perfection Roof & Siding. They went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way. Making a perfectionist like myself happy is no small task. So, when I say the end result is as close to perfect as anyone could ever ask of any company, I mean it. Add that on top of their completely reasonable pricing and it's almost like having the work done by a close family member that owns a roofing and siding company. Seriously, Russ and his team are the best out there. And, Russ is always available to talk if you have any concerns. He even answered a call from me when we was out of the country! This is a company you can trust to do the job right. I'm leaving this review everywhere I can think of because I really believe in this company.

Russ along with the crew lead by Fabio and Cesar did and absolutely beautiful job on my home. Our home had 40 year old siding and every rotten piece was replaced with beautiful Nichiha siding. Every detail was overseen with perfection. The seams are seamless and the painting was beautiful. This was an enormous job that could only have been handled by a true professional. I have already recommended Russ to several folks and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when I need a new roof!

Russ was great in communicating with us (even when he was out of the country)! The work was well done and prompt. We are very satisfied with what was done and the way it was done. We would recommend him to anyone.

Russ is extremely passionate and proud of the work that he does. He cares about the job and wants it to be perfect. Once the job was complete - and everything looked 'fantastic' Russ was like, "you know your window screens are in really bad shape, how about I take them down and have them repaired for about $10-15 per window." Russ did this because like I said he takes pride in and is passionate about his work.

excellent superb customer service. the job was extremely professional and it started and completed on time. Robbie was always available and listened to every concern no matter how small. this was a huge deal since we had never ever done a huge remodel job we removed all the wood cedar to replace it with nitchia. Robbie came with samples and drove us around to see his completed jobs. very impressed. customer service is so valuable and not all companies even care to have it. When you call this company you actually get a live person not hit 1 to be contacted and etc....Thanks for such a great job!!! I would recommend this company to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Perfection Roofing & Siding. As a single female homeowner, I am always nervous about hiring people to have work done around my house. I don’t have a lot of knowledge about home repairs and costs, so I worry that I will be taken advantage of, and have regrets later. Perfection Roofing and Siding was the first business that I called to get estimates for replacing my roof, siding and gutters. This was because I read such glowing reviews about their work on several different websites. Russ came out and drove me and my nephew around to show us work that his crew had completed in neighborhoods near mine. The workmanship was amazing. I even met the owner of one of the houses. She bragged about how pleased she and her husband were with Perfection Roofing & Siding. It looked like the work was freshly completed, but I was shocked to find out that it was 10 years old. Russ gave me an estimate on all three jobs, but he insisted that I get other estimates, because he wanted me to be sure that his price was the lowest. I got two more estimates, and Russ was right. His estimate was the lowest. I love my new house. It is even more beautiful than I ever imagined. People in my neighborhood that I don’t even know keep stopping by and telling me how nice my house looks. Russ and his team were truly perfectionists. Fabio and his crew completed the siding beautifully and didn’t neglect a single detail. John and the painting crew helped me try paint samples on my house to make sure that I picked out just the right combination of coordinating colors. I would highly recommend Perfection Roofing & Siding, and I will be calling them again when I get ready to replace my windows.

I started my search for siding replacement, looking for a small, local company, with hands on service. We have had to do several major repairs on our home since moving in, and my experience has taught me that larger companies offer higher prices, less quality, and usually contract out the job the cheapest bidder. The larger companies send a salesman to your home who isn't even involved in the work process and who doesn't always know how to answer technical questions. I was very pleased with Russ because I could tell he was sincere, passionate, and very knowledgeable about his work. He showed me several examples of his work in my area, and it was obvious his work is a significant upgrade from major contractors like Home Depot or Lowe's. He does not contract out his labor, but the people he works with seem to be like family. He is readily available by phone for any questions. He is prompt. His employees worked diligently, cleaned up all the materials in the yard, and finished the entire job in less than a week. He really does strive for perfection, no matter what size of the job. He made our home absolutely beautiful with high quality siding and paint (Nichiha with Sherwin-Williams lifetime paint), and literally we would have paid thousands of dollars more with any other company. I asked him if I should pressure wash my deck before or after his work because I was planning on staining it, but he offered to pressure wash it while they were already doing the house (prior to painting) at no extra charge. Also, when they removed all the exterior lights during the siding application, they let me give them new lights to replace, instead of the older ones (they needed to go), and they even replaced one of the flood lights that didn't need to be removed (it was on the soffit, and not on the wall). I feel very fortunate to have found his company, and I don't think we could have chosen any better. I'm proud of our beautiful new exterior and so glad it will last for decades to come (I found out that the previous siding was actually recalled in the 1990s, but never replaced by the previous owners).

Russ arrived to assess and quote the job, and where some others offered photos, Russ actually drove me to see completed work in my local area. After seeing the quality of his work first-hand, it was an easy decision to engage Perfection Roofing and Siding for our needs, and the results matched the expectations. The work was done with a minimum of disruption and was completed in less time than projected. We highly recommend this company on the basis of quality, cost and integrity.

Russell and his crew did fantastic work replacing the siding on my chimney. After obtaining quotes from several other contractors, Russell's company was the most affordable and he was able show us first hand some excellent examples of his previous jobs, and they were really impressive. The work was completed exactly when he said it would be done, the work was completed very quickly, and the crew was very pleasant to work with.

Russ is always in contact and will show up when he says he will! Fabio did an amazing job on the siding. Could not have asked for a better service done! House looks amazing and honestly think the perfect job helped us get top dollar for our home! Whenever we need something done to our house Russ and his team will always be our first call!

Russell came out to view the work however he could not perform the work as he needed to leave town for a family matter. He offered good advice. We will use him if work is not completed when he returns.

The old press-board siding was ready to fall off the house, so I had to get some quotes to replace it. The "big box" store was $30k+ since they wanted to charge extra to strip the old siding off before putting the new siding on. Russ gave me a much better price and was happy to work with my delayed schedule. His workers are fast and courteous. I mean really fast. They had the house stripped and house wrap put on in one day. Had the new siding on in two and a half days, and the whole thing washed, caulked, and painted in another two and a half. The house looks great.

We picked Perfection Roofing and Siding based upon the online reviews we found. They were the best we could find, in fact they almost seemed to be too good to be true, and when we met with Russ and showed him the job he promised that it would be the best, and we also got the lowest quote from him too, it was a quick and painless process. We had them do all the siding, paint, windows, gutters and several doors. And Russ’ crew lived up to his promises, from Fabio who led the siding and doors crew to Sam on the windows, Valentin who headed up the paint crew and Pablo on the gutters we were completely satisfied with the quick and excellent work they did. We honestly cannot say enough about every member of these crews. They were very detailed and hard working. In addition to them all being great people to work with, Russ was quick to address and reply to any questions we had throughout the process and we are completely satisfied with the end result. I did my homework and setup three interviews for quotes to replace my siding, painting and replace roof. The people from all 3 companies that I interviewed were very professional; Perfection Roofing and Siding was the second company that I interviewed. I had talked to Russ on the phone to setup the interview for quote; Russ was very professional and informed me of his company and years of being in business. I did appreciate that Russ offered to take me to homes that they had replaced siding and roofing. Robbie, Russ's son, came for the interview. After Robbie viewed my home and took required measurements; Robbie drove me to job site / homes that they had performed siding replacement. It was great to see the actual workmanship of PFS. Robbie was easy to talk with and answered all my questions. After returning to my home Robbie gave me a written quote on the project. A few days after the 3rd interview; my wife and I made a decision to go with Perfection Roofing & Siding. We replaced our siding with the Nichiha siding (Cedar Mil). As the siding was being replaced the PRS installer team noticed termite damage in a wall near my garage doors. I called out a termite company to inspect and treat my home. PRS replaced all the wall area that had termite damage, No Extra Charge. A week later PFS replaced my roof and again replaced several areas of plywood. My wife and I plan on replacing our deck within the next few weeks and we will be using PFS for this project. We can not say enough good things about PFS; they exceeded all our expectations. Our home looks awesome!!!

Mike and I own an older town home. We wanted to upgrade the siding and went into our research through Angie's List and friends. We found three people/companies and went into our interview process. All three representatives provided their estimates, but two of the three left us with the overall feeling of disinterest. As though our business could be easily replaced with other offers. While true, not the feeling you want when investing hard earned money. You want people/companies who are passionate about their work, eager to educate you, and appreciate you, the consumer, as a person who demands quality work. Russell Morton and his crew are just those people. Russell and Mike coordinated times to not only speak to one another, but drove around town to see his current work. He explained the pros and cons of certain siding, examples of skilled application of siding, and what happens when shoddy work is done. You never felt pressured and left more educated about siding. The crew arrived ON TIME and got under way. Work was practically non-stop ( Lunch break was taken ! They brought their own mircowave. Not kidding. Didn't leave the site! ) . They first removed all the older siding and then placed a protective barrier on all exposed areas. It was raining on and off the entire week, so they made it to where they came on a Saturday to apply the new siding! Dedication! Once completed, Mike and I took a tour and the application looked great! The crew cleaned up the area and you would not have known they were at the house. The painting crew coordinated their time with us as well. Arrived on time and pressure washed the new area. We gave them our colors and set the time for the actual painting. They prepped the area and applied the coats. An awesome job! Skilled application and attention to detail. They cleaned up the area, we did our inspection and felt very satisfied. Overall, when we needed to call Russell, he was quick to answer or respond when a voicemail was necessary. His crew was exemplary and well worth the investment we made. I would not hesitate to recommend Russell and his crew. The five stars are not an exaggeration. Your money will be well spent.

Perfection recently replaced all the LP siding on my Duluth GA home with Nichiha cement board and Sherwin paint. We could not be happier with the results and the process. Would highly recommend. Russell, his son, and both his siding and paint crews were all very easy to work with. Russ always picks up his phone, and is very straightforward. The crews were very polite, professional, punctual and thorough. Highly skilled crews, no amateurs or apprentices. From estimate to completion, the process was much faster than expected. No surprises.

In 2017 appx Sept -Oct we met with Russell to discuss replacing old rotten siding on our home and unexpectedly he brought us to several of his former projects to show us his work. We agreed on a price of $ 19000.00 to remove old rotten siding old wood and all discarded material from the property replacing with new hardy plank new wood and to paint with the color of our choice with Sherman William paint. We were shocked when he only asked for a deposit of $100.00 to secure the job and date the balance would be due upon completion of the job to our satisfaction. We signed the contract and he very thoughtfully gave us 1 month to secure our independent finance. We also were able to check out other contractors and found them to be either too expensive or the trust factor was missing since they were demanding large deposit. Within the month we called him and agreed to go ahead with the project. He was ready to start the project in December but we told him we did not want to start then because of Christmas. We agreed on a new date at the start of the new year and he called to let us know when the material would be delivered and how to mark the area where we wanted them to place the material. Unfortunately the weather did not co-operate for the start of the project so we had to wait for good weather. He would call us and give us a update regarding the expected time to start the project. Finally the start date came and his workers arrived introduced themselves and advised us what they would do. We were also impressed to see that the dump container was also driveway friendly so thankfully no mishaps. The workers were English speaking and were extremely professional knowledgeable co operative and friendly. Items which were removed during the start of the project were reposition upon completion of the project. We were very impressed with the wonderful quality of the work done and we would certainly contact Russell again should require any additional work done to our home.

Everything went so well.He finish on time and my house is a old house and the way he did the siding it looks like I have a brand new house.So happy with him overall.
