Perfection Siding is the best home repair company I have ever used. Not only did they provide an outstanding price for the work I needed, they were always on time, polite to my family, and experts at their trade. I had siding falling off and wood rotting on my chimney. Perfection Siding came by and really explained what I needed to do. They answered all of my questions and made me feel better what needed to be done. I had other companies provide me quotes, but none were even close to the quote I received from Perfection Siding. The quality of the work is second to none. The siding matches perfectly to my existing siding including the paint (which took them going to a few stores to match). They did extra work that was not included in the contract. They did not charge me any extra and I did not have to pay until i was happy with the job. Clean up was excellent. I am going to recommend Perfection Siding to all of my friends and family who needs work on their house. It is great to finally have a home repair company I can trust. Thanks you Perfection Siding.

Perfection Siding replaced the siding and trim on our chimney which a woodpecker had been demolishing due to rotten wood. The crew also replaced facia boards on the front and back of my house and on our shed building. The crew did a very professional job through all stages, including painting, and was always polite and able to answer my questions. All scraps, old wood and other trash accumulated throughout the job was promptly removed from my property at the end of the job. We were slightly delayed due to long rain spells, but Russ always kept me informed of the status and when they expected to be able to finish. Russ and the entire crew were very responsive and very customer-service oriented. I highly recommend Perfection Siding.

Perfection Siding came out to the house and quoted me on a cost to replace my windows. He then came out a second time to show me the actual window sample and answered all of my wife's and my questions. He then came back a third time with his installer (whom has over 15 years experience) to measure the EXACT size for every window. When the windows were delivered to the installer Mr. Morton (the owner) held off on installing them because the roofing was still in process and he didn't want to rush the job and have an accident happen to our windows while the roofers did their thing. It's the little things that make all the difference on a remodeling job and it nice to know that there are contractors out there that put quality and customer service ahead of their own profit. Once the windows were being installed I was completely put at ease. The installer worked continuously for two days until the job was done. We had one window that was tricky to install and we really should have been charge extra for it ( it required about 3 hours work) but they installed and we have already seen a reduction in the amount of time our furnace runs. We LOVE our new windows!

This company is DEFINITELY a company I will use again! The Job was done promptly, with quality workmanship and materials. There was a back order of the materials we selected and Mr. Morton kept us update through the process and even had the supplier call me to let me know the exact date the materials would be delivered. It is truly refreshing to work with a professional contractor for once!

This company rocks!!! The tore off all of our stucco siding and installed the Nichiha cement fiberboard siding. The owner, Russ Morton, even helped me remove some building materials from a shed I had torn down a couple of weeks before they started the siding job. This was at no cost to me! It is nice to finally do business with a company that truly cares about how the customer feels and he goes over and above what is required by the contract. If I owned any more houses, Perfection Siding would do all of them!

I thought he was very good. He did exactly what he said he was going to do for the price he said for the original price that we talked about. His crew was on time, courteous, and mindful to not damage the landscape. He was very efficient at what he did. He did a really beautiful job. He surpassed my expectations for the job that he did.

Russ and his team from Perfection Siding were fantastic!!. Though a little bit unorthodox (for the better) in his sales approach, Russ certainly knew his stuff when it came to the differences in siding, installation best practices & pricing. The entire house was resided including the soffits, facia boards & corner boards. I also checked on Perfection's references and saw the completed work. And I received bids from 2 other contractors. When it came down to it Russ and Perfection Siding were the winners!! Mitch and the installation team were knowledgeable, timely, reliable & detail oriented. The workmanship was excellent. If I had any questions or saw something that was missed or I did not like-I never received any hassle or questioning about the work. It was done expeditiously and at NO additional cost. I even had a neighbor come by with a couple of his friends that are in the siding business. The neighbor was exploring re-siding his house. Anyway, when the friends came by they commented on the high quality of the job and the more than competitive pricing. It also so happens that the friends were so impressed that they told their friend to go w/Russ & the friends even started talking about sub-contracting some of their work to Russ & Perfection Siding!!! Bottom line is that Russ & Perfection Siding provided quality product materials, installation services and customer satisfaction for a very good price! I would definitely choose Russ again for any future work.

Called Perfection Siding to provide an esimate for hardboard siding repair. They arrived on schedule, but took only a very cursory view at the requested scope (5 sec) before throwing out an esimate that was 40% higher than the next highest estimate we received (the work was eventually completed very well by another contractor at the lower estimate). I got the sense that Perfection didn't really want to bother with anything other than major jobs. That's fine, I just wish they had told me that when I had initially provided an overview of the scope via phone as it would have saved us both some time.

We were looking to get our siding replaced and I had researched siding companies and found Perfection Siding's reputation and service rating higher than other companies. After contacting Russ directly, he scheduled a time to visit my home. Russ measured my home and then asked me to go for a ride to see at least two previous customers' homes to show me his work. Upon returning home from the site visits, Russ wrote up a quote that was very reasonable. Russ was very responsive and immediately scheduled a crew to begin the agreed project. Before we could blink, the siding appeared in the yard and the dumpster was in position for the crew to begin the project. Russ and his crew were very professional and kept me well informed. The crew thoroughly cleaned the work area and took extra care to ensure a timely removal of all products. Russ insisted on using the best products/materials and ensured that his team did not leave until we had inspected and approved the work. To add appeal, Russ provided a few "freebies" to ensure we would have the ideal look to our home. He has done a fabulous job and I would highly recommend Perfection Siding. We where looking to get our siding replace and had many quotes given. They showed up and measured, left and gave a quote. When Russ came he came in showed us his product, did his measurements and then asked me to go for a ride. He took me to a previous customers house to show me his work. I got to speak to the customer and ask question. The customer spoke to Russ's high integrity and great customer service. When we returned He wrote up a quote that was very reasonable and he added in a few architectural features that was on our wish list for free. Russ's employee's were very professional, kept me well informed if there was any issue's. The quality of work was top notch. I have had many neighbors compliment me on how great my siding looked.I would highly recomment Perfection Siding to all my friends and neighbors.

Russ showed us his demo window and explained all the features of the window. We scheduled a time for window measurement, and they came and measured the windows in less than an hour. The windows were ordered and once they arrived, we scheduled an installation day. The old windows were removed and hauled away with all of the other trash, and the new windows were installed the same day. The team was amazing. Extremely polite and hard-working. They spent extra time making sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction.

Russ came to our home and explained everything he would do, but he also showed us. He showed us homes near ours that he had done similar work on. This prompted us to request addresses and check out the work of other companies. In the end Russ's work was consistently the best quality, and it was the best price. We scheduled the work and the team came every morning and worked on a side of the house. Each day old material was removed and cleaned up and new material was installed. The siding, soffit and fascia are beatuiful. The team took extra care to make things perfect. The boards are laser straight and beautiful. The painters are superb. Our home is gorgeous. Russ really lives up to the perfection title in his company name. Small details, that we did not notice, he would come by and try and make look better. For example, our concrete foundation was not completely smooth on the corners and Russ bought materials and smoothed it out at no charge. He truly strives to make every detail perfect, and is not satisfied until you are happy with the work. He has an excellent team for all the facets of the work he does and they really make a difference. I wouldn't use anyone but him.

The work was completed in the time and his siding crew was impressive with their skills and professionalism. It was a breath of fresh air to see true craftmanship!! The siding was everything Mr. Morton promised and I understand why this company is called Perfection. In the near future. I will have them complete the rest of the house. Great job !!

Perfection Roofing and siding did a wonderful work on the residing job. They were in the area doing work for our neighbors. After seeing examples of their work on a few jobs I decided to have them reside part of our house where the old siding was rotting. The work was completed on time. The workmanship is top notch, straight cuts and crisp lines with the trim work and paint. The job site was cleaned after completion and there was no mess. Price was inline with other estimates. Great experience. Will do work with Perfection again in the future.

I am a retired home builder and this was one of , if not the best contractor that I have had the pleasure of doing work for me. They were prompt and arrived ready to work with all the necessary tools and materials. Russ (the owner) was at my home through the entire job and constantly kept me posted as things progressed. He went well out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with every facet of the job. The quality of the work (very skilled employees) and materials provided was excellent. The cost of the project was very reasonable compared to quotes that I received from other companies. I'm extremely satisfied and have already made plans to have them come back in the Spring and do some additional work on my home.

Russell is true to his name- Perfection! I got six estimates for my siding repair job. I picked Perfection because he gave me the best price and the best warranties. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work. The workers were professional and thorough. He would't even accept the check until the paint was dry. Very impressive!

I'm 72 years old and I have owned and managed rental property for most of my adult life. So I must have dealt with over hundreds of contractors. I say this with no reservations. Russ, of Perfection Roofing and Siding was by far the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. The siding crew was fantastic, they did so many extras that are too numerous to mention. They truly take pride in their work. the painting crew was equally fabulous. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The entire team was truly concerned that I was completely happy with the job, which is an understatement. This was the first time in my life I didn't need to have a punch list at the end of the job. They did more than was promised and which was on the contract. The entire project was a pleasure, from start to finish. Russ and his crew are truly the best.

I set up the start time for Prefection Siding for the end of June. On that Thursday they arrived, 6 men at 8 am and by 6 pm that day the old siding was completely removed and the house was wrapped with moisture barrier. There was some additional issues that needed repair once the siding was removed such as, old termite damage, rotten wood, and missing wood exposing both attics. That additional work was approved and completed in a timely manner that did not inhibit the overall replacement of the siding. I selected the Nichiha product and Prefection was competent in using and installing it. The total job was delayed for a week as rain did not allow for the painting to be completed. Once there was 3 days of dry weather the job was completed. I have spent over 30 years of my life as a project manager and my opinion of this company is they are competent and professional in all manners of their trade.

The job was completed from start to finish in two and half weeks with a couple of off days for weather. The crews showed up early and stayed late cleaning up there mess as the job proceeded. Before I signed the check we had a complete walk through and all details were taken care of. If you are in need of siding or roofing I can't imagine you will find a better person to work with than Russ Morton.

I got a phone call letting me know the day that the crew would be showing up to start the siding and they were there that day on time. They had a dumpster delivered big enough for me to be able to throw some of my own junk into it when they were finished. Russ was always calling to make sure of the work being done and to see if we needed anything else. He walked the house with me once while the work was being done and when it was all finished. He can be a bit pushy but you just have to get past that because the crews he has doing the work do a great job. The crews doing the siding and the painting were very polite and nice to us, you could tell that they take a lot of pride in what they do. The painter walked the house with me to let me see what they had done and make sure that it all looked good to me. They were all willing to fix anything pointed out to them and then would make sure I was happy with the results. These guys put a lot of hard work into my house and it is greatly appreciated.

Russ Morton is a man of his word, did excellent work, showed up on time, and saved us a bundle! We had almost signed a constract with someone a relative had recommended. At the last minute, my husband and I both got an uneasy feeling about them when they didn't follow through with their first two promises. We let them go and called Russ who had been recommended by one of my husband's employees. We thought we wanted Hardie plank siding, but Russ gave us a choice of Hardie plank or "Nichi" board which is also made of concrete right here in Georgia. Russ personally took us to a house he had done with Nichi board. We got out of the car and walked all around the home inspecting it. Eerything looked perfect- corners, trim, paint, etc. The Nichi board siding was even prettier than the Hardie plank on our other home. It was also cheaper, so we chose Nichi board. Russ' painters did an absolutely perfect job, I mean perfect! Our home is gorgeous! All the neighbors slow down to look at our transformed house. Russ saved the day for us! You just can't do better than Perfection Roofing and Siding and that's the truth! P.S. All his men have very nice manners which meant a lot to me as a woman.

I had one crew for the siding job and one for the painting. It was nice not to see different guys every day. The tear down went smooth and the next day siding was going up. Weather played havoc on the completion and pushed the paint job back a few days. The paint crew really took their time and did a great job on the trim work and windows.
