These people were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Russ fully explained how the job would get done and was justifiably proud of the work his company did. He took me around to show me examples of jobs he had finished that looked as if they had been just completed, but had in fact been completed several years before that. I also had the chance to speak to others who had hired the company and received frank and straighforward answers to any questions I had. Russ was also adamant that I go to see the work of competing bidders and compare his company's workmanship to theirs. Russ was very professional and experienced. The price he quoted was beyond reasonable for the work they did. He essentially replaced all the siding on our house for a price that was not significantly higher than the quotes we had received from other contractors who were simply going to replace/repair the damaged areas. He was personally attentive to any issues, questions, and/or concerns we had before, during, and after the job was completed. We were able to discuss any required changes or issues that came up during the job and resolve how best to handle them. The work crews were considerate and consciencious, working long hours to keep the job within the tight time lines we had asked of Russ. They were careful to not distrurb or alter anything on the property without discussing it with me first. The quality of the installation and repair work was excellent. The team obviously took a great deal of pride in their workmanship, as is obvious from the completed job. The painting crew, headed by Adelino Fernandes, was terrific. The attention to detail and workmanship of the painting crew made me feel as if they were working on their own house rather than working on just another job. Adelino added significant value to the overall job and my wife and I are very greatful he was involved. We've received numerous comments from family and friends about how great everything looks. For the best value and highest quality work, I'd go with Russ and his company.

After searching for weeks and meeting with different contractors we found Russ. His prices were far below the other contractors we had spoke with. He was very nice and took us around to other homes that he had done work on so we could see his work first hand. He showed us one home that he did 7 years ago and I thought that it had just been done. His crew was very polite and worked fast and hard. They were very careful with my belongings and kept everything cleaned up as they went. They took care of any problems that we felt we had. They pressure washed the entire house, even the roof before they started painting. Any time that we would go to ask about something they were already a step ahead of us. They took special care on the front of the house. The front of the house is stucco and it had had ivy growing on it a few years ago. They took their time in pressure washing this part and brushing it to remove the tracks from the ivy and painting several layers of kiltz to cover it before doing the actual painting. Our house now looks like a different place! We spoke to Russ after the job was finished and we had noticed that the soffit for the second floor was the same color as the house not white like our trim. Russ sent his crew back out and they had to kiltz it and repaint it for us, which they did at no charge. Russ has made this a wonderful experience and we will use him again.

Once the project started Russ came out to our house at each stage to do a walk through with us and ensure everything was complete before moving to the next steps. Being an older house there was some wood damage around some windows and the porch. This was repaired without any additional cost or discussion the job was just done right. Russ's crew's were very efficient and professional and delivered what was promised. They cleaned up each day and when the project was completed the did a thorough clean up. The attention to detail was great for example instead of using the old gutter hangers they installed new ones that look a lot better than the original hangers. Additionally Russ had his folks do some extra items at no additional cost. The house looks better than new and we are impressed on how straight the siding is with absolutely no waviness. Russ explained that they fir as required so that the result is perfect. I would recommend Perfection to anyone that is looking to have siding installed and expect to get what is promised.

Perfection Siding did a great job for us, and we couldn't be happier. Russ took the time and energy to personally show us examples of his work before we hired him, and we were impressed with what we saw. He obviously takes great pride in his craft, and it shows. All of the workmen were proficient, polite, and clean, which meant a lot to me and my family.I would have no hesitation in recommending Russ to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

We had a great experience with Perfection Siding. Our entire house was resided and painted. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. The siding crew, as well as the painting team were true craftsmen and took great pride in their work. The Lead Painter was such a profectionist. As his team was finishing their job I saw him walking around the house inspecting the work and taking notes on any small detail that needed attention. Their job was "Perfection". I would definitely recommend this company.

He came out and gave us a good estimate. It was a higher quality of siding than we thought we paid for. Instead of showing us pictures of his work, he showed us his actual work. His crew was absolutely topnotch and they did a fabulous job. He even did extra things like washed our deck for us. There was one thing that he was doing for us and because he didn't use all the materials, he gave us a refund. He was really honest. The quality and appearance of his work stood out.

Russ and his crew did a great job. The old siding was replaced with Nichiha. The painter did a great job. Russ recommended the Allside windows (no grid). Not a brand I had heard of before. Russ assured us these would perform well and the warranty was very good. We decided to go with Allside. Clear windows, with no grid. Glad we got the windows with no grid. They were cheaper and view to the outdoors is picture perfect. So far, so good. Russ took care of issues that came up. Just make sure to speak up if you have any concerns.

Russ and his team were extremely professional and responsive at every stage of the process. Russ was tremendous in his attention to detail and really went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. The quote was not the lowest we received but the quality of the work more than justified the extra cost. From the team that replaced the siding to the painter to the team that replaced the roof everyone was friendly and did a great job of minimizing the inconvenience to us, every day the trash was removed and the work area left tidy. Originally we had intended to use a different contractor for the roof but having seen the quality of the work on the siding we decided to have Perfection do the roof and we were not disappointed.

VERY GLAD WE HIRED PERFECTION SIDING! We solicited three estimates from different companies for the repairs needed on our house. Perfection was the third company to come out. Russ not only quoted the best price, he also showed us samples of his previous work that were outstanding. Of the other two companies that gave us estimates, the first price was so outrageous, we didn't bother to check out their work. The second company had a reasonably priced bid, so we asked for three addresses of previous work. The quality of the siding work at those three homes was so poor, there was no way we were going with that company. As previously stated, Perfection was the third company to give us an estimate. Russ responded quickly to my initial call to set up an appointment and he was on time at our scheduled meeting. He explained the process thoroughly and took us to look at three completed jobs so we could see the quality of work his company has completed in the past. Really nice work, great detail with caulking and painting. On the scheduled day of installation, Russ and his employees showed up early, worked hard all day, and cleaned up beautifully. The painter caulked on that first day, then came back the next day to paint. He also did an outstanding job and cleaned up. We didn't have to pick up one single scrap of waste or trash after they were finished. Well-done! We're going to replace all the siding on the walls of our house in the not-too-distant future, and we've already told Russ he's going to get the job.

The job turned out beautifully. Mr. Morton was very responsive, was always available for questions and made sure i was beyond satisfied with the end result. I had gotten other quotes, but Mr. Morton showed me actual houses they did and I was sold. Even with qualms about having this done in the winter, Mr. Morton made sure to explain they would not work if it jeopardized the results. The crew worked quickly (I was under a deadline) and diligently and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I am beyond happy with the results and would use them again!

Although the repairs I needed were outside the scope of their services, Russ was kind enough to put me in touch with Atalino, his excellent assistant. Atalino came out immediately and not only fixed my problem, but identified several additional repairs which he took care of at no charge. I am extremely pleased with the results. I heartily recommend this contractor.

Every aspect went very well - Russ was very professional and his employees are hightly skilled. No problems at all. I wanted some specific details regarding the windows and front porch, which were done, no issues. I am very proud of the house. It turned out just the way I imaged. The weather was terrible but it did not change the quality of the work. Russ handled all lmy questions and made sure I was Happy. I would use Russ again and would recommend highly. I chose him because of the reviews here on Angie's list. They were spot on. I got a fair price and quality work. You will have no quality issues with Russ and his employees. Russ was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had the old GP press board siding that we had to replace as part of a purchase contingency when selling our home. We wanted to do it right, but didn't want to spend thousands and thousands of dollars since we were moving. We feel like we got the best quality out there and for a killer price. Russ and his crew were meticulous and they do what they say they are going to. We like that he quoted a price that wouldn't change, regardless of what he found under the old siding. We were running low on time to have the repairs completed before the contigency due date. Despite below freezing temperatures, Russ and his crew worked through them and even on a Sunday to complete repairs on-time. Oh, and I didn't mention that the section of the house they were working on had about 3 feet of level ground and then drops off steeply about 40 feet! Highly recommend him and will use again.

It went very well. They cleaned up, completely, after the job was finished and their work was very professional and they were, all, courteous and pleasant.

From start to finish Perfection has been just that. The owner (Russ) came out to do the estimate himself having just had a knee replacement the week earlier and even though he was clearly in pain, he still took us to view previous jobs that they had done. The work on the previous home sold us almost immediately. They looked as if they had just been done though they were years old. For our home, it has had a facelift! The siding installer, Mitchell did an amazing job removing and installing our siding, I was so happy at that point. We did have some debris that blew off our roof just after Mitchell was finished. I called Russ and he and his son came over and cleaned it up themselves on their way out of town for Thanksgiving! Adalina the painter has done an exquisite job on the paint and it looks amazing. Both of the installers have been so courteous and helpful answering any and all questions I may have come up with! The house looks stunning and couldn't be happier. There were several weeks of unfortunate rain delays but as soon as the forecast cleared they got started again! We also had 11 windows installed while we were at it!

The old siding on the house was in poor condition (25+ years old), with a lot of moisture damage from the recent rain this year. Russ's crew quickly and efficiently removed the old siding, added house wrap, and put up the new siding. The siding was mounted straight and evenly, even long pieces. The paint job was started as soon as the siding was finished and was very professionally done. Any minor requests or touch-ups I asked for were done quickly and without complaint. Rainy weather stopped work for a few days here and there, but the crew came back to work as soon as weather permitted. Everyone on the crew was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good job done. A neighbor from down the street even stopped by to ask who performed the work.

We really fought the weather on this job, there were constant delays due to cold and rain, but the guys were out any time they could be, even if it was just for a few hours they would come and do what they could and I think that reflects positively on the character of the guys Russ has working for him. Speaking of the guys, Flavio (who did the siding) is fantastic. I'm very attentive to things like straight and level boards and good seams and he did a great job. In fact other contractors working on my home have made numerous comments about the excellent attention to detail and quality that they see in his work. Secondly, if you speak with Russ you will hear him go on and on about his painter Adelino (hopefully I got the spelling right) to the point you may think Russ is overselling it, but in this case he's not. He really is an amazing painter, if there are better ones out there, I've never had the luck of running across them. I honestly wish I didn't need gutters because the paint just looks so nice I did not want to cover any of it. As with any job of this size issues will come up, but you can expect Russ to take care of them and correct anything necessary until you get the job you are expecting.

I received exterior siding and painting quotes from three highly rated companies on Angie?s List. Russ Morton with Perfection Roofing & Siding took me to see a house that he had recently finished. It was sided with Nichiha fiber cement boards and was newly painted. We compared this house to a house being worked on by one of the other Angie?s List companies. (This other company had a lower price quote.) After seeing both houses?.I was sold. The house done by Perfection Siding won hands down. Even though both companies used the same product, you could see a huge difference in the workmanship. I had the old Masonite type lap siding on the house for 17 years and it was time to replace it. I decided on Nichiha fiber cement siding because the boards are pre-primed, sturdy, rot-resistant, have a very finished look. I also had quite a bit of wood rot around the brick molding, corner boards and soffits of my house. PVC brick molding was installed so that I would not have to deal with rotten wood in the future. Russ gave me a very good price quote and stuck to it. A dumpster arrived and the first group of workers tore off the old siding and installed house wrap and Nichiha siding. There was always someone available that you could talk to. The guys worked from sun-up till sun-down and really wanted to please. If I had any questions or wanted to tell them something, the foreman was always there to listen and provide answers. ( In case you do need to speak with Russ, he always answers his phone.) The original siding had lots of waves because the framing of the house was not even. They furred out the walls and made the finished product line up straight! They also replaced all of the rotten boards that I requested and even replaced others for no charge! The painters did such a professional job. They truly care about their work and it shows. The foreman?s name was Lino and not only was he talented, he was very patient. If there was any concern about the weather both Lino and Russ would push back the painting schedule! These guys know their craft and I appreciate the work that they did on my house. We spoke about paint finishes and I was going to get the flat but Lino said that the satin is easier to clean. They used two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint?.. I went with the satin finish and I am very happy with the way it turned out. I also asked about replacing gutters and Russ recommended a company that did a very nice job for a very good price. Russ is easy to work with and he is a very fair person. All and all ?extremely nice people to work with ?.and a really beautiful job at a great price!

From beginning to end this process was incredible. It didn't take long to see how bad my original siding was and while the old siding was being removed it was clear to see there was no protective wrapping beneath it. The new siding is top of the line. We are very pleased. They wrapped the house immediately and the process of putting up new siding began. These guys know what they are doing and I was free to come and go as I pleased. I never worried for a second which was such a comfort. The new siding looked so great even without being painted that my neighbors thought it had been painted and loved the way it looked as it was...and the caulking had not been done yet! Yes, it was such a great feeling to know that the finished product was going to be stunning, and it is. The caulking is incredible, they use only the very best product and you can barely see any seams anywhere...you practically have to put your nose up to the house. Russ and his crew are fantastic...there was nothing left for me to clean up outside, they left everything spotless. If you want professionals that sincerely care about the work they do, then call them. Again, they will do all that is necessary to make sure that you are beyond happy with their services. I am so happy that we chose Perfection Siding and Windows for these jobs. Russ has a huge heart, stands behind his name and cares about his customers. His crew is totally the same way and it was such a pleasure to have them around during the process...it felt like family. Thank you Russ... you made it as painless for us as possible and we appreciate that. Our neighbors love the way it looks and I am sure you will be getting calls! I'm a no nonsense kind of person...this review was my pleasure to write.

The new windows look like they were always there. They match the rest of the house and look beautiful. I am very pleased and my wife is thrilled. I would recommend Russ and his crew. Russ was very prompt and kept up with when the windows would be delivered by Pella, the next day he had his window people come and take out all the windows put them in his dumpster, and replace them with the new Pella windows. They started at 8 a.m. and finished at 7 p.m. with all windows in place and working. They did it window by window so there was never more than one gone allowing our AC not to have to overwork. The price was great, initially I thought I wouldn't be able to have my dream Pella windows but Rus worked the price so it was workable. We love the windows and are amazed at how quiet the outside world has become. Rus worked with us to put together a special combination for our 8' wide kitchen window which has become the first thing people comment on when they enter our kitchen. Rus is a very willing to do what it takes to make his customers happy, he even painted my porch furniture for nothing to match the trim paint from his siding job. If anything, he calls and checks up to much to make sure his customers are happy with the results they are getting. I'm very proud to recommend him as a contractor.

I would hire him again. He and his worker force were punctual, friendly, clean and responsive to our needs. Anything I asked he provided a can do attutude with no problems. I will replace the rest of the windows when we can. He did what he said he would do with no problems and a smile. I am very pleased and the house looks great.

Russ showed us a sample and provided a detailed explanation of the same. He was very thorough and answered all out questions. The windows are very good and the price very reasonable. We had a good experience with the esitmate process ! We will be using Perfection Siding and Windows to do the work.

Perfection Siding and Windows does a superb job! My windows look amazingly beautiful and are highly efficient. How wonderful to not have any drafts. These windows are really fine quality and we could not be happier. Russ and his crew pay attention to all the details. They bend over backwards to make sure that their customer is satisfied. This company is reliable and trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone considering new windows. Perfection Siding and Windows had by far, the best prices which made this project doable for us. The windows we purchased were approximately half the cost for the very same windows at popular department stores. We did our homework! Russ invited us to see actual installations they performed for other customers which is something unheard of. We were very impressed with every aspect of the installations we went to see. Russ's company lives up to its name. Perfection!
