From the owner Russ to each team (those who resided and those who painted). This company did awesome work. My house is gorgeous. One thing I really like was that unlike other companies that gave me a quote, this one said if there were any bad boards they would replace them at their cost--no hidden fees. I was also under time pressure trying to get my home up for sale. This group worked hard and from start to finish they were done in a week. I have passed this company's name on to my neighbors and friends. I wish everyone did this type of quality work.

Hands down the best experience in dealing with a contractor. My house was built in 1988, and had LP siding on it, that had been neglected and jimmy rigged over the years, so 1 year after I purchased it, I decided to give it a much needed major face lift. Prior to calling Perfection Roofing and Siding, I had a competitor selected (won't mention name), but after reading all the excellent reviews on Perfection roofing and siding, I decided to give Russ Morton (owner) a call for an estimate, and am I glad I did. First of all as mentioned in many reviews on Angies list, Russ doesn't come out and give you a sales pitch and show you pictures, he actually picks you up and takes you to houses that he's worked on in the past for you to see the quality of work he delivers first hand, and that was actually the determining factor in hiring him. The very next day I called Russ and told him that I wanted him to do the job for me, and ripped up the contract for the company I was going to go with. After all seeing is believing. If you're meticulous like me and expect a quality job that's actually going to last, then look no further, Russ Morton is your guy. Surprisingly though, my expectations were exceeded at a very reasonable price. As for the Paint, make sure you ask for Adeleno to paint your house after the siding is installed, the guy is a perfectionist. He caulked every nook and cranny that needed caulking to prevent rot in the future, and the paint looks flawless, for the lack of better description, it look like it was poured on the house, no runs or streak marks whatsoever. Definitely glad I went with Perfection roofing and siding. My house looks like a brand new house, and actually feels like home every time I pull into my driveway.

Very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism from Russ and his crews. As mentioned with other reviews, Russ takes pride in showing potential customers his finished work and was a big deciding factor in choosing his company to replace, repaint siding. His teams showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up site at end of each day. Also did not nickle and dime when asked to do little extras like replacing and repainting rotten wood, cleaning out some gutters and painting some extra trim. Used high quality materials and house looks great. Russ kept me updated with timing (rained out a few days) and his guys showed up as promised. Would definitely recommend Perfection for your replacement siding needs.

I was very happy with the results from Perfection Roofing and Siding. They were not quite the cheapest quote we got, but after speaking with them, I had much more confidence that they would do a good job. They did! I'm very happy with the results. Siding looks great. They did a great job with the caulking, filling in not just the edges, but all nail holes as well. The results look great. This job was just to repair the chimney, but I will use them when I get the rest of the house done.

After comparing three siding companies we have decided to use Perfection Roofing & Siding. My husband and I like the way Russ literally ?showed? us his work rather than presenting ?pictures.? We also like the way he uses factory certified window installers. It was obvious during the measurement process that these guys are absolutely experts at what they do. We are very excited to get this project completed and will report again on our final results!

Some of the work was so difficult that Lowes and one other contractor would not even give an estimate to do the job. Russ just said, ?Don?t worry. I?ll figure it out? and proceeded with a plan. We interviewed several contractors before hiring Russ. Often (as was the case of the builder of this house, for example) one can really like the contractor and be totally frustrated with his/her employees, who frankly, can spend more time at the home than the contractor. Not only is Russ hands on, but when he wasn?t here his employees demonstrated something that my grandmother called ?gumption.? (Unlike many of the employees who worked for my builder who did things that it was difficult to believe a sober person would consider.) Russ?s employees all worked with careful, thoughtfulness throughout the process and often in the rain. They even matched the old paint with new Sherwin Williams, so that the entire house did not need repainting. They did each job well, handing off to the next work crew seamlessly. So obviously, one can buy anything for a price. I am happy to report that Russ gave us the lowest estimate out of the three finalists. Plus he drove my husband all over Alpharettabeforehand, showing him examples of his work.

They kept me up to date with their schedule and I was flexible for the timeline. They worked with me to coordinate the old siding removal material bin so its time at my home was limited. They did a great job with the installation. However, the painting was even more satisfying. They pressure washed the gutters and soffets, caulked every joint and seam, and did a great job of the painting. They worked well with the colors as we were trying to make up our mind up to the last minute. They triple coated the joints and double coated everything else. We are very satisfied with the result.

the job was completed on time. The work was incredible. I am very satisfied will all that was done. They left my property clean. I will gladly use them again.

Mr. Morton advised his company could certainly replace my window but that it would likely cost much more than if I contacted a glass repair company instead ~ He also recommended a glass repair company. I was grateful for his help and that he spoke honestly.

The crew arrived about mid morning and within two hours or so had removed the old windows, installed the new windows and cleaned up before they left. Very satisfied with their work. Would recommend this firm for any window replacement that you may need.

I wish I could give this company better than an "A" for Responsiveness and Professionalism. They obviously take enormous pride in their reputation and work. I can't think of a company who has been more responsive or a better communicator. It was unfortunate that more work needed to be done than originally thought, but it was handled very professionally. When the old siding was taken off the chimney, some of the supports were found to be rotted. The owner called me and explained the situation, asking me to examine the wood so that I would know the extent of the damage. They worked with me to come to a very reasonable price for the unexpected additional work, and it was still finished in a very timely manner. The workers headed to straight to Home Depot to get the extra wood and were back to it in a flash. This was a difficult job in that the chimney is over the garage, so 2 and 3 stories up. I was very impressed with the quality, timeliness and responsiveness of this group. A+

First let me say that this was one of the best run renovation projects that i have ever experienced. Russ did what he said he was going to do every single time and was proactive in communication. The work speaks for its self and the timeliness, quality, and professionalism was exactly what you want when doing a huge renovation like this....Here is start to finish.... We had a very complex/weird/hard job on our hands. Our house was built in 1982 as a log cabin. It originally had cedar on the outside with no insulation. At some point, an owner added 3 inch insulation and put ugly baby poo brown stucko on the outside. We called it out stucco bomb. We interviewed five different providers from Angie's list. Three immediately said that it was too hard a job, one priced himself out of the ball park and then we had Russ. He showed up when he said he would, did a detailed analysis of the property, and gave us a fair quote. At that point, he asked to drive us around to see some of his work. We jumped in his truck and saw three properties. We saw the detail that he delivered and the excitement/passion he had for his work. We immediately made the decision to go with Russ. The next week we had Russ come over and we went through all the details and set up a time for he and his team to start. We gave him a small deposit to get it booked. We scheduled two weeks out. In between the scheduled time, he called to bring over his siding representative. He wanted to review the detail and complexity of this job. It was unique for sure. They did some hands on review and he was given some good information to help the team in delivery. I really appreciated this because it showed me that Russ only cared about delivering the best product and he was willing to bring in advisors to see all the angles. Russ and his team showed up on Monday right on time. They ripped all the stucco off, installed an insulation wrap, and started putting the Nichiha siding up with in the second day. His crew manager Roger was very pleasant and he and his team was a well oiled machine. They were so fast!!! When into the project, an issue popped up. Our weird house was 2 feet taller than normal homes which would have made more seems. Russ knew just what to do. He drove up to north Georgia and purchased a special board that was the needed 10 feet. He did this out of his own pocket because he wanted the job to be perfect. They had all the siding up by end of day four. In-between painting and siding there was one fellow whose job was to clean up. He was making sure that their workspace was all clean. My wife and I really appreciated this. All the workers were pleasant and we were comfortable with them being around our home and kids. Also, to note, there were some rotten wood spots that we did not know about. Russ took care of these in the included quote. He also, sided a small toy shed to match the house, free of charge. Once the siding was getting finished up, the painter came and started caulking. They must have used 100 tubes of caulk. This detail was one item that just made the house gorgeous. They caulked ever single nook and cranny. After that was dry, they started painting. The painters were quick yet detailed. They did an awesome job. Paitner and partner were so friendly and good to have working on our house. In fact, we have a decorative sign in our yard that was broken. The painter fixed it for us out of the goodness of his heart. It was really cool. Russ sent his cleaning fello again to make sure all was picked up. He also brought his son over to help me throw an old water heater away. We needed extra muscle and his son did the trick. I paid Russ the amount we agreed on with no question. After the job was done, Russ told me to call him once my other renovations were complete (gutters, roof, deck, patio). He said that he would send his guys over to touch up any dings that they made. He sent them two days after my call and I absolutely love my new farm house! Thank you Russ and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I almost forgot...he also knows a lot of folks. He turned us onto a sheetrock guy and a paint supplier

We hired Russ and his crew to replace old damaged siding. Russ does not believe in marketing material, such as photos or letters of recommendation. He believes in showing you his work product versus his competitors. He takes you around to some of his local jobs and in my case took me to see one of his competitors "best", the competitors claim, not mine or Russ's. His pricing was within $500 of the competition but the difference in the product more than warranted our decision to hire Perfection Siding. Russ coordinated all the crews and they were hard working and professional. They came early, worked late, worked on Saturday and were courteous. They did an awesome job and I get a thrill every time I drive up to my house. I am not experienced in this type of work and asked Russ to treat my house like his own and he did. I am a good paper pusher so I made sure everything was spelled out and written down. Checked off as we went along and Russ met every item and more. Russ and his team were great. Price was well in line with 2 other folks I had checked out. But, Russ was the only person that took us in his truck around to two different homes in the general area for us to look at. Seeing is Believing ! We got a great deal, time came for material delivery - Boom, right on schedule, then came the dumpster, right on schedule. Then came the team to take off the old siding, putting on the new siding up in just a few days. Tight without any gaps, We elected to get the Nechia siding (hopefully spelling it correctly), then came the painters, detail, detail ! Wow, what a finished product, our 23 year old home looks like NEW Construction, Thanks Russ and the Team, Great job

I was totally surprised by Russ Morton. The first thing he wanted to do was show me his work on other properties. He drove me to a home was 1 year, 5 year and 9 years after completion. I could barely tell the difference between the 1 & 5 year completion projects. The 9 year project was still in awesome shape, with the only difference being the drip edge over the windows being aluminum and now he was using pvc. His work was outstanding, it looked like the paint had been poured on. A nice even coating that was still beautiful, which is why he uses Sherwin Williams. The best part was when the dumpster was delivered. Russ told us we could use it after his people finished dumping the siding. It was 3/4 full by the time they finished removing the siding, which was great. My honeydew list got a little lighter. Once his crew completed the job we were so happy. Our home was brand new.

It went very well - much better than most of my previous projects on this property and the end result is just beautiful. I bought a little horse farm in Alpharetta 18 mos ago. Great location, barn and land but the house needed a lot of work - including the crappy vinyl siding. I have had several less than perfect projects with various contractors in the last 18 months. I have fired 6 of them and would not have some of the other contractors back for any further work I was very leery about committing to this project. Russ spent a lot of time educating me as to what made for a good quality install and not. Russ insisted I get other prices - Perfection was 7K less. Were there challenges - you bet - anyone that tells you there won't be any challenges is being untruthful - as nobody has x-ray vision. For example the framing on my house for the sofftis was non - existent and had to be framed properly for the Nichiha material to be attached but you could not see that until you removed the existing vinyl. Or the caulking around the chimney came off with the vinyl and instead of only re-caulking they put special roofing material down to make it better than it was before, some of the gutters got dented and Russ replaced them at his expense. The cool thing was Russ was super responsive and very eager to fix anything that came up. He actually cares that his customers are happy. All it took was me calling him and speaking up. The crews worked very long days to make good progress quickly. The painters were true craftsmen - best I have ever seen. They were meticulous, they were solution oriented, communicated thoroughly - went above and beyond. When painting and hanging my new entry door. It was good enough for me but not for Mr. Fernandes so he took the door down and did it again. He treats your house like he does his own and takes pride in a job well done! It is so refreshing. Super attention to detail. My house looks amazing and I am now proud of it. I would strongly recommend Perfection Siding. There are only 2-3 contractors out of the dozen or so that have worked on my farm in the last 18 mos that I would actually recommend to anyone. . Perfection Siding is one of them.

Seeing my house makes me smile, and I owe this to Perfection Siding and Windows. From the very first email sent via the Angie?s List website inquiring about painting services, I was impressed with owner Russ Morton?s responsiveness. My experience with contractors in the Atlanta metro area has not always been positive; however, in this case, it was an absolutely positive experience from start to finish. Russ has certainly restored my faith in contractors. Russ was able to schedule an appointment with me based on my availability. I liked Russ? energy and enthusiasm. After all, if you are not confident or proud of your own work, could you really expect same from your customers? Russ was punctual and excited to show me an example of his work, in person. He even challenged me in identifying a house that I thought had exceptional work and he promised to top it. I accepted his challenge, pointing out new houses in a nearby subdivision. I have to say that the house that we drove to looked so much better than even the newly constructed homes. I had researched my home project for about a year, and Russ? quote was extremely fair. Russ explained his company?s process: wrapping the house; removing rotten wood; fixing the trim around windows, use of Hardiplank or Nichiha fiber cement siding product (my choice) and using Sherwin Williams SuperPaint, which comes with a 25 year warranty. Russ called to let me know when the product would be delivered and he honored my request to drop off the product on the side of my driveway. Russ then called to let me know when I could expect arrival of the dumpster, which arrived on the day promised. Attention was given to the smallest of details. My French doors in the rear of my house were framed beautifully ? better than the original construction. The framing around my windows are gorgeous. The crew replaced my back porch light with a new light that I provided, without hesitation. They replaced rotten fascia boards at no additional cost. And they cleaned up all debris after the job was completed. The work was completed ahead of schedule ? even with the daily threat of rain. The work was completed within 5 days! The dumpster was left in my driveway only for a day. Communication: Russ stayed in daily communication with me. He was always reachable. Professionalism: Russ and his crew demonstrated professionalism in their work and communication. Their work is exemplary and they take great pride in their craft. Integrity: I appreciate this attribute in a human being. Russ and his crew are amazing. There is no comparison. My prayers were answered. I am so happy with my ?new? home. On our first meeting with Ross we only had a small window of time since we had to head to the airport, He ask us to visit one of his previous jobs in our neighborhood and discuss details of our specific needs on the way. When we arrived to the house the homeowner came out and spoke very highly of his experience with Perfection Siding and Windows, Ross gave us a tour and pointed out what we should expect in a high quality installation of siding. He then gave us a quote for our project, we shopped around a few more contractors and his price was very competitive so we decided to do business with him. From the moment we signed He was very engaged through the process, the project started right on time and We had a great experience throughout. As the old siding came off they discover rotten wood and replaced all the boards that had signs of damage, after that the walls where meticulously wrapped and the siding installation started. The installers not only did a great job, but also where very courteous and professional, the skills of his crew is undeniable; the precision of measurement cutting and installation of ever board was truly impressive. They are a great reflection of His company. Every board corner and joint was caulked, all windows were inspected and any damaged wood replaced. The entire house got painted, including the front stucco, doors windows and shutters. The Painters were absolutely a pleasure to deal with and did an immaculate job. Both crews that worked in our house cleaned up every day before they left. When the job was done we were left with a house that not only looked brand new but is also solid. This review is to highly recommend Perfection Siding and Windows. From the first conversation I had with Russ, I thought he was a little over the top in that he wanted to show me his competitors? work before showing me his work and then giving me a price for the siding job. I spent over an hour driving around with Russ looking at jobs of his competitors that I had gotten written estimates for my house. In a nut shell, it was the best way to compare the workmanship of several companies I was considering for replacing my siding. Without a doubt, the workmanship and craftsmanship of Perfection Siding and Windows was far better than all of the other companies I was considering. Having done that drive by comparison, I spoke to several of the owners of the properties that Russ had completed and they all were extremely complimentary of Russ? work. After my onsite/drive by reviews of Russ? work, I signed a contract with Russ to replace all of the siding/corner boards on the side & back of the house with Nichiha siding, replacing an entry door, replacing rotten brick moulding and sills with PVC, rebuilding a bay window with all Nichiha boards, replacing all exposed facia boards with new Nichiha boards and painting all of the windows & siding on side & back of the house with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration paint. All my expectations of Perfection Siding and Windows were exceeded and I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship and craftsmanship of Russ? workers. The painting crew were by far the best I have ever come across as they were more of a perfectionist than myself. The painters pointed out a sill that needed to be replaced and Russ was happy to replace it. In addition, Russ does not nickel and dime you when unforeseen situations come up in replacing rotten wood. He is a man of his word and will do whatever it takes to give you an outstanding and professional job. I would highly recommend Russ and his company Perfection Siding and Windows and I have signed another contract with him to replace all of the siding at one of my rental properties along with replacing all of the windows. I expect the job to be as professional as my own personal residence.

Russ and his crews had replaced siding and painted some homes in our neighborhood recently. I got his contact info from one of the neighbors who was pleased with the work. I had Russ give me an estimate on replacing all of our exterior siding with cement based product (Nichiha), repaint and replace gutters. I felt the estimate was in line for the job, and signed off on it. Russ and his crews did everything as promised, did it in a timely manner ( 8 working days), and we were very pleased with the work. We had several areas with water damaged window and door trim, which they did a good job of replacing with pvc. The two painters were excellent, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Ask for Lino. In sum, I would recommend Precision Siding and Windows, and we are glad that we chose them.

The slope of my yard makes for some challenging height issues that can complicate any repair\rebuild tasks. Perfection did an outstanding job handling the challenge. The installation crew was punctual, completed the job within the specified time, and left no construction debris behind. The paint crew did a nice job sealing all seams and matching my existing color. Perfections quote was the middle out of three received. The deciding factor was seeing some of Perfections work in my immediate area as well as Russ' (owner) no non-sense approach. I would definitely use Perfection Siding again.

Workers were very prompt and punctual. They were very careful in moving household items, working around landscaping features, and thorough in removing debris. They worked quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail. The contractor was easy to reach and responsive to inquiries. The crew worked early to late and made good use of time. The best materials were used, and the quality of the workmanship was high. As someone who has built high end houses in the past, the work was top notch.

It had lasted a while. It lasted for a month. They're all "A's."

Hands down best contractor experience I have ever had. Russ Morton is a true professional who lives with the right motto: The customer is ALWAYS #1. He'll admit his sales approach is a bit unorthodox, but I am more than confident his company is the very best at its craft and he does it all at a great value. Background: We bought our 1987 built home in 2007 because of the inside. We were never really thrilled with the exterior stucco look, and even less thrilled when our uneducated decision turned out to be synthetic (v. hardcoat) stucco. We finally got around to wanting to change the outside look of the home this past year. We invited 5 siding companies to bid on the job. Of the 5, Perfection R&S was 2nd lowest. The lowest, another (or 'the other') highly reviewed company on Angie's List, was considerably lower. So low we all questioned how they were possibly able to do a great job at that price. Russ was the only one who refused to show pictures of his work and, instead, asked to go for a ride and show his work first hand like many other reviewers have noted. He would show me his work, then the 'other' Angie's List company's work. The jobs were completed around the same time (5+ years ago) and the differences were jaw dropping. The Perfection homes still looked brand spanking new and you could see the attention to detail once Russ had pointed it out - an amateur wouldn't be able to pick up these things. The 'other' company jobs were already showing signs of age & deterioration. Right there I knew it was either go with Russ or don't do the project at all. Needless to say, we signed the contract with Russ with only a $100 upfront deposit. The dumpster arrived about 3 weeks after signing the contract and his install crew was busy at work the very next day. The three gentlemen who completed the install were machines. Fast and yet meticulous. The entire install, from demo to completion, took only 6 business days. That was incredible considering how messy ripping down stucco to the bare studs and installing all of the needed OSB board and vapor wrap. The install crew was kind & considerate and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. They found a decent amount of rot under the stucco, along with missing insulation where the original builder cut corners. Russ replaced everything at no extra charge. The painting crew was about 10 days behind due to the rainy spring. Once they arrived, they took 3 days to prep the home using premium materials. Unbelievable attention to detail. The painting experience was simply fantastic. Russ seriously might have the best painter in the southeast working for him. All of our neighbors want his info, which is an obvious compliment to his work. Russ and I did a final walk-through and I could not have been any more thrilled with the end result. We have a brand new home that not only looks beautiful, but is an absolute fortress giving us peace of mind. I could count a half-dozen times Russ went out of his way specifically for me (new weather stripping, driving all over town picking up new gable vent, new shutters, etc.) He's the very best when it comes to delivering for his customers. And does NOT tack on more to the agreed upon contract. So I would advise you to think like we did: You either go with Russ or don't do the project at all!

The men were professional ,punctual,and lived up to all the reviews at Angies list. They completely tore down the Fireplace in one day. The next day the crew replaced it with cement board and sprayed painted with a 99% match using Sherwin Williams paint..The price was about $900 cheaper then one of his competitors jsd.
