Description of Work: This may be a little premature, but Russ is so flexible and called me immediately after returning from vacation to help me with a pressing issue related to the color I selected for my home that I NOW need to change as it is apparently not an approved color for my community. Thrilled that his team is flexible in this manner and has offered to have one of his paint teams address my paint issue ASAP. Because of the Stella work that the paint crew completed, almost two months ago, I am 100% confident that the crew will do the same the second time around. Thanks so much Perfection Siding & Windows. I would definitely recommend this company to others in my community consisting of approximately 600 homes.

Description of Work: The work and quality of the job was great! The workers were very attentive and gave excellent recommendations on things that also needed to be repaired that hadn't necessarily been previously considered. If I had a concern, they addressed it! As a result of their work, I have had referred them to a close friend and may people in my neighborhood have stopped by and commented on how nice the work looks. | |Russ does great work, but may be spread a little thin. He does make promises that it becomes difficult to keep at times and did not show up on some of the days he originally stated. Again, the workers stayed on task. Also, it would have been appreciated if they had cleaned up a little better on a daily basis and my car was mysteriously damaged by what appeared to be debris from the maintenance. Luckily it was superficial and could be buffed out. | |All in all, I would definitely use Russ again. Some recommendations: | |1. Be very specific and get specific understanding about what expectations you have. |2. Hold him to the commitments he makes. |3. Don't be bullied! | |Again, his people do GREAT work, Russ sometimes gets busy and flustered, but has genuine intentions to do great work. He truly does seek perfection in the jobs he does, sometimes I think he just over commits as a salesman. =)

Description of Work: Perfection siding did a fantastic job!!!! They were half the cost of other estimates that I received. However, they were very,very professional in all aspects of siding the house, painting the house, and repairing some areas of the homes. In addition, they followed up with all the details to be sure that I was satisfied. I can not say enough about this company.

+ -1 more0n 2-10-12, I called Perfection to come out for an estimate. Russ Morton came out that afternoon and gave me a very good offer and took me out to see some of the work his crew has done. After getting 2 other offers, I decided to go with Perfection on 2-13-12. I was given the same price for Hardie Board or Niche....seeing how much better the Niche was, I opted for that. The next day, the siding and a dumpster were delivered. Weather permitting....the crew was at my house working everyday except Sunday!! They were very professional, and very easy to talk to!! If Russ wasn't here, he was always available by phone. The siding looks great!! The painters did a fantastic job!! My new lights were installed......my sliding glass door will be installed as soon as it comes in (Russ took me to Home Depot to pick out a door and said he would pick it up when it came in). Russ also got a hold of a company to put up some new gutters that I wanted....they came out as soon as the house was finished and installed the gutters in a few hours for a very good price. Except for the sliding glass door that is still on order.....everything was done by 2-25-12. Great work guys!!!!! I was so impressed with the work done by Perfection Roofing and Siding, that I had Russ go out to my daughter's house for an estimate.....and she's having her house completely done by them also!!! And I recommended them to a coworker....who is also getting his house done!!
Description of Work: I had the house completely done with Niche siding, any rotten wood found was replaced,siding was pressure washed,got 2 coats of Sherwin Williams paint, and they put up my new lights and will be installing my new sliding glass door!!!

Notice house warmer and quieter with new windows, siding and caulking. Satisfied with decision to restore exterior of home. Russ Morton made many personal visits to present bid, demonstrate materials and windows. Followed up with personal tour of reference homes with improvements performed by Perfection Roofing and Siding. Russ compared work to reference homes from another bidder and pointed out quality issues with the work the other bidder had performed.
Description of Work: Replaced deteriorated wood siding with Nichiha siding. Replaced trim, facia and soffet as needed. Installed house wrap, siding, caulking and paint. Made adjustments in fit and finish and achieved very good results. Bid and used quality paint. Separate siding and painting crews. Installed 22 replacement Alside window units with outside vinyl trim over existing wood window exteriors. Great crews completed windows in two days. Arranged for subcontractor to install gutters and gutter guard. Followed up through entire process to assure everything was completed to complete satisfaction.

+ -1 moreI can't imagine this job going any better. It was an internet search that lead me to Perfection. Russell Morton responded quickly and professionally. He came to my home, looked over the job and made a bid that was half that of the others I had contacted. I had my doubts at first, but when Russ drove me to a home that he had re-sided 4 years ago, I was dumbfounded. The work at that home was mint, and after 4 years. We closed the deal and agreed on dates and money. Russ never even asked me for a dime until the house was already prepped for the job (removing the old siding, wrapping the house, etc.) and the new siding materials were already on site. Those materials, btw, were top-notch cement based siding and the price simply cannot be beat.I can't tell you how happy we are with the final results. The crew were punctual, and always cleaned up after themselves. And Russell went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. So impressed with the quality of the work was I that I am having his crew come back to install new doors, front and rear to our home.
Description of Work: This was a complete re-siding job. The old Georgia Pacific siding was removed, any damaged lumber was replace, and the entire house was wrapped with an insulate sheathing. Concrete based Nichi siding was installed all about. Then the house was prepped for painting with all joints calked and sealed. We choose our colors and Sherman Williams 25 year paint was applied.

+ -1 moreOur main contact, Russ, explained everything in advance and made sure we understood the process and what to expect. Having your house worked on can be very stressful. However the stress was minimized due to a couple of things. First the company was very good with communication and Russ and Roger (head of the paint crew) were very easy to get in touch with throughout the process. Secondly, I felt a lot of confidence with what they were telling me. They had told me throughout that they wanted me to be happy with everything and they proved that to be true. During the walk through at the end of the project I had pointed out a couple of very minor things that I wanted to be touched up and they remedied the situation right away. Rather than avoiding me they were calling me and asking if I had a chance to see the work as it progressed and wanted to know if I was happy and everything was meeting my expectations. The guys in the crew that installed the siding and did the painting were very courteous and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after the process too. Bottom line is that we feel like we have a brand new house. It is a huge improvement. Our next improvement will be to start replacing windows and we're going to call Perfection back when it's time to tackle that project.
Description of Work: Our house is going on 25 years old and the Masonite siding was starting to show its wear--in fact, the siding around our chimney had begun rotting and forced our hand to get it repaired. We initially figured to just repair the damaged area but when we factored in that we would likely have additional repairs to the siding sooner than later we decided to have all of it replaced. Based on a trusted recommendation we called Perfection Roofing & Siding to give us an estimate. This company specializes in the installation of NichiBoard siding. I didn't know anything about this product but after doing some homework I realized it would be an upgrade from the original siding I had. Also, the NichiBoard comes with a lifetime warranty which was definitely a selling point. The crew replaced all the siding with NichiBoard and then painted it the color we picked out. They also replaced all of our shutters which were also showing wear. They had delivered a construction dumpster delivered before the job started and they disposed of all the old siding and materials.

+ 0 moreA rain delayed the painting, but they waited till all was dry and then conpleted that portion of the job. Over all we were pleased with each portion of the job. Other people have come to view our home during and after completion.
Description of Work: We did have competing bids, and Perfections was the best. The quality of work was excellent and the workmen were very professional. We had siding, windows, painting and gutters replaced.The painter was very helpful in replacing some of the light fixtures as well as caulking. The color we chose was exactely what we wanted. The double-paned windows we feel helped with our energy bill as it maintains a more even temperature from the thermostat to the walls. Our indoor/outdoor thermometer gave us the temperature readings. We have noticed it is much quieter because of the new windows. The gutter workmen completed their job in one day. The siding was fiber cement, Nichi, and we are pleased as it replaced a siding that was under a class action. All deteriorated wood was replaced. We also had a doorway enlarged for wheelchair access. The cleanup was performed to our satisfaction. The driveway was kept open so we could use our ramp van during the construction.
