Description of Work: I left voicemail and also e-mailed them. I received no response.

Description of Work: Contacted Javier Organista, owner of company, who quickly got back with me and came out as we had scheduled. Discussed what I wanted and he presented siding options and recommendations for possible savings. Emailed me a timely quote with a couple of bid options for different quality siding, paint and miscellaneous repairs that I'd requested. After checking out references, accepted terms and began construction within 1 1/2 weeks. Services performed included; 1. Three sides of my home were defective Louisiana Pacific siding which they removed. (I requested and received smaller dumpster in order not to overload and damage my concrete driveway.) 2. Chimney had to be rebuilt because of water damage from old leaking siding. 3. New Tyvek building wrap was properly installed and taped as an air and water barrier. 4. Removed wood trim and installed new hardy plank siding and hardy plank trim. (Company was previously a certified installer of Hardy plank and is currently a certified installer of a competitor, Nichiha, siding manufacturer.) 5. Several single pane doors were removed and new insulated doors installed. 6. Removed old single pane windows and Installed new insulated windows for entire house. (Was not in original quote but still well under bid from other prices I'd gotten.) 7. Had new gutters and downspouts installed. 8. Had entire house painted with twenty year paint. (Two coats on soffit wood trim.) 9. All above took less than two weeks to complete, performed final punch list. 10. Cleaned up as they went each day with a final cleanup and magnet sweep before leaving.
