Mr. Express Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

The toilets in my office were slow to drain and, naturally, backed up completely late Friday afternoon. My secretary said she had used Mr Express at her house, so I decided to call them, as well as several other companies I was more familiar with. All the bigger companies I called said they would send a plumber out the next day, and one of them said the plumber would come that evening, they just didn't know when. Mr. Karcha, however, was able to respond almost immediately and gave me an accurate arrival time. I really appreciated that and would have cancelled with the other company, but they didn't bother calling me back. Mr Karcha cleared the blockage right away and sent a camera down the sewer to find a damaged area of pipe. He scheduled the digging and repair for the next morning and was finished by Saturday evening, meaning my office did not have to be closed at all. Obviously, that was important to me. But I also really appreciated Mr. Karcha's professionalism and customer service.
