In addition to the other review, a few other issues that have arised. The plumbing that this guy replaced is leaking (one year guarantee be damned). Major damage to sheetrock, essentenly he was so rough in banging the plumbing that he pulled the entire wall of sheetrock loose form the studs and sheetrock is cracked along the 8 foot height. Left the electrical panel cover off, with all wires exposed. Installing sliding closet doors, installed the header railing towards the front of the opening (the reason I had to abandon using the doors and spend 450.00 on new doors), when the header railing should have been installed in the center...doors would have worked fine. He cut the the new doors so badly it took the new guy two days to fit and level them...he did not charge more than he originally quoted for all that time, though I did compensate him for the extra time and consideration. Installing the disposal, damaged the hinge on the cabinet door when is will not close (will replace hinge, but why so careless). also dented stainless steel new refig and the blades of the whole house fan. I'm canceled my paid subscription with Angie's list, and will be extremely suspect of anyone on here going forward.

John and his crew are the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. Laron, is a bit of exception as he tried to clean up after John but the damage done was overwhelming. John is hectic, always yelling and looking for a particular tool he left somewhere. He is very inconsiderate of property; floors (scratched as he threw tools and dropped doors) , walls damaged with hand prints, paint everywhere, even a few random holes, damage to the whole house fan, (Picture of damage below, not sure what happened, but previous owner had it repaired and no blades were damaged ), I could go on and on. I gave John blankets, sheets, towels for him to use to protect this house I just bought, but he just continued to cut, paint and sand, the mess was everywhere. I cleaned every night but man, what a disaster (pictures, after my initial attempt to clean). These guys were hired by the previous owner of my new home and the previous owner sent them out to repair some plumbing and I thought I would use them, I regret it immensely. The only job they finished was installing 3 prong outlets. They successfully installed 12 can lights, but the switches are left needing mud and sanding, as well as several areas in the walls. John cut three bi-fold doors and every one of the cuts is wavy and uneven (picture), he only partially install one door, didn’t bother painting or installing the nobs, or trying to level the door. They also installed 4 ceiling fans, two need additional attention. There is so much more to complain about but the kicker is he asked me to pay him and that he would come back the next day to complete the job, so I paid him, cash (my bad). As John was packing up for the day, he left a few things behind so I wasn’t worried about him not coming back. Well, he left all his trash, including empty cigar packages, soda and water bottles, AND a trashed huge piece of drywall; just unloaded that junk right in my carport. Well, he hasn’t returned my call or text, and it’s safe to say he will not come back and finish the job he was paid for (I paid him to redo many items). Stay away from this guy. One other thing, his flyer mentions he has been an Angie's list member since 1992.
