Its Leaking Again

I paid them directly. They promised to comeback, and eversince, I've been trying to get a hold of them. They keep on promising to comeback, but until this point, they are not responding and not answering my contacts.

They were prompt in contacting back for a quote and coming out to due the repairs. The repairs were completed quickly and the gentleman that came out was very professional.

My wife had received a recommendation from a friend who had her roof replaced in Alabama by It's Leaking Again that were located in Duluth, GA. Her friend stated that they had done an excellent job and were more reasonable than in state roofers that had given her estimates. I contacted T.J. at It's Leaking Again, by phone and informed him of the maintenance that our roofing inspector stated that we needed. T.J. asked that I send him the inspection to review and he would call back with an estimate. T.J. called back the same afternoon and reviewed the inspection report with me. He then gave me an estimate and stated that he would have his crew out on the following day and gave me a window of time when they would arrive. The roofers arrived promptly at the time allotted. Both of the men introduced themselves and reviewed the inspector's findings. They also informed me that they would perform an inspection of the roof as well, to determine if any additional maintenance was necessary. I asked the roofers if they would paint all of the roof vents and they said that they would as they were completing the other necessary maintenance. Before the roofer completing the maintenance exited the roof, the other roofer took me around the house to explain the maintenance performed and we also discussed the roof's current condition. The roofer answered all of my questions concerning present maintenance, the condition of the roof, and the need for future inspection and maintenance. Both roofers were very courteous and professional. Overall, this was an excellent experience.
