That was fine. It was just the kitchen. It took five weeks to do the work. The clean up was fine. There were maybe two people doing the work.

They gave me a warranty on my roof and siding. It has been 5 years since the roof was installed and 3 years since the siding and it still looks great! Nothing is falling off or fading. They honored the warranty on the roof because one of the contractors lifted up the shingles to put scaffolding on and forgot to put the shingles back down. It rained and leaked and they came out and took care of the issue.

I wasn't particularly pleased with the actual installation. They never made corners, they just kind of cut it. They didn't sand the edges, they were pretty rough etc. It took a couple of days to go back behind and make it look better. This was the only time I used them for flooring installation.

Actually, they were pretty good. The delivery guy showed up on time, he went in, hooked everything up okay, tested everything and showed us how it all worked. They were very polite. They cleaned up and left. II would absolutely use this provider again in the future. It was an excellent experience and they went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with everything.

I was very unhappy with them. We nearly had to beg for an estimate. The guy gave me an estimate, and we agreed. When they started doing the work, they found that over half of the cabinet doors were cracked. They had to order new cabinet doors and then they didn't match. Then they had to send them back again. I finally had to tell them to get out! They didn't respond to anything.

Signed up in store for an estimate appointment. They missed 3 appointments for the estimate, but the forth time they connected with a really top notch salesman. (I don't know why we allowed them to set up the 4th appointment.) The estimate was steep in our opinion, but we were sold on a top quality job. The materials arrived about when promised, and the work was performed on time. However, the job inspection revealed 17 of the 23 doors installed (did I mention we had lots of cabinets?) were cracked where the installer screwed in the hinges. Some were not visible from the front but a bunch of them were. The veneer was badly bubbled in a number of places, and there numerous visible nail holes and large gaps in the veneer and where the molding was installed. The installer was also short of door handles and had to place them on order. When I found these problems, the installer wrote them all up without complaint, but had I not been looking, he would not have noted them. The cracked doors were all reordered. It took a long time, but when they finally arrived they were of three different shades, none of them quite matching the originals. It took two more passes to get the colors to all match. Again the installer would have let it all slide. When the drawers were replaced the installer didn't replace the slides in the cabinets, but used new slides of a different brand on the new drawers. This made the drawers ride too high, and we lost about 1 1/2 inches off the drawer depth. We had to get them back out to fix this. The first time they didn't remount the drawer facings so they all dropped that 1 1/2". (Just cosmetic, but isn't that the point of refacing?) This required yet another trip out and left a few extra holes on the inside of the drawers, not visible if you don't know where to look. The drawers are still a bit crooked, but better than they were. During this process the installer didn't remount the rubber bumpers on the drawers. When requested over the phone, they mailed some out which came by registered mail, which meant a trip to the post office to sign for them. The entire process took around 6 months from estimate to completion. At the end of it all, it looks pretty decent at 10 feet, but don't look too close. We just don't have the energy to complain any more.

The work that they did was mostly good and I didn't have any big complaints. The roof looks nice and we are happy with that. They removed all of the old material, which they cleaned up. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome of their work.

I really like going to Home Depot for things because they are really polite and helpful. The contractors did a nice job laying the carpet and an even greater job cleaning up. We have been very happy with them and all the work that they've done for us. I like the quality of the carpet and I think they laid it perfectly.
