HART ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS

The two electricians arrived on schedule and assurred me that they could perform the work as I requested. They completed the job in less than an hour, had me check the new light to verify that it worked. Everything seemed fine. That night, however, I noticed that the existing light (the one that the new light tied into) was not coming on. I called Hart Electrical in the morning and spoke to Dennis (the owner). He promised to come by around noon to check it personally. He arrived as promised and found that the sensor on the old light had blown out during the reconnection. He left to get a new sensor, came back and installed it. The light worked again. I was very impressed that Dennis came personally rather than sending the original 2 men back again. It demonstrated to me the pride he has in his business and his willingness to satisfy his customers.

I had to wait about a week to get an appointment. The electricians arrived on time (actually a little early). They were careful to cover their shoes when entering the house. They checked to determine how to wire for the new light and connect it to an existing light switch. They completed the job in less than an hour. The new light was set and tested - everything worked well. That night, I discovered that the other floodlight on the same switch did not work. I called the next morning to report the problem, but Dennis Hart (the owner) was not in at the time. I spoke with Dennis the next day and he personally came out to assess the problem. It was determined that the sensor in the old light had been damaged during the installation. Dennis replaced the sensor and thoroughly checked everything to be sure it was working properly. He apologized for the problem, but assured me that if anything else malfunctioned, he would return to make it right.
