I have delayed writing a review for this company hoping that Jorge would resolve his remaining issues as promised. He has not and I am tired of his excuses. Of the services he provided, which took over a month, I was faced with the following issues: * Numerous cancellations with every excuse that you can imagine * Trash & debris not only left benind, but thrown behind my trampoline * Having to completely re-do the pavers because he put in the wrong color * Planted sick dogwood that has been sitting dead for a year now (not replaced as promised, despite his "warranty") * Planted not once, but twice, 2 different varieties of azaleas that did not match (still not fixed) * Did not give knowledgeable advice on care for the new landscaping. If it weren't for the internet, all of my new plants would probably be dead. He planted a dogwood and many azaleas in addition to pavers. The dogwood died, almost immediately after he planted it. But he insisted that it was not dead, but had just gone dormant for the year. He said that if it didn't bud up in February of this year that he would replace it. I started emailing him in February to let him know it was not budding like my neighbors dogwoods and sent him pictures. After many emails, he promised to have it replaced by the end of March. It is now almost May and the tree still sits dead in my front yard. He has set dates and cancelled them at the last minute. Of the 12 azaleas that he planted, 2 were of a completely different variety. After much pestering, he finally replaced them last year. Only to have those completely different as well. Those were also supposed to be replaced again. After he cancelled again this morning (confirmed last night at 9pm, then at 7 am cancelled), I finally told him that if it weren't done today to not bother. I will contact another company to fix his work since he can't/won't. He can be a very nice man, but just be aware that you will not get responsive, high quality or knowledgable landscaping service.
Description of Work: Removed existing landscaping in the front yard and replaced with new shrubbery, tree and pavers. Added new landscaping and pavers to the sides of the house.

My job was supposed to take two days to finish but Jorge dragged the job out for about ten days. While installing the sprinkler Jorge damaged an existing drain hose in two places. He didn't attempt to fix it. Jorge also knocked down a brick border around my porch which he didn't attempt to fix as well. Jorge also caused a leak at the main water line coming in to my house. He agreed to reimburse me $200 for the trouble which he keeps lying to me about when I call him on this issue. I have all the emails to support my claims. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR. He is a liar, unprofessional, and the quality of the work doesn't match the price. Save yourself the heartache and read the reviews and believe them. I have a 3yr warranty on the sprinkler and I would rather pay someone else before I use this guy (Jorge Andrade) ever in my life. I would never use this guy again or recommend him for ANYTHING. DON'T USE THIS GUY HE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ANGIE'S LIST.

Just getting through to them to schedule the appointments was a nightmare. After dozens of calls and 5 unreturned messages, I lucked out and managed to schedule an appointment with them for Aug 25. They did the first service. After that, I've left them a bunch of messages and have tried calling literally 50 times a day to see if I could ever talk to a real person. So far they have neither returned my messages nor have I been able to talk to a real person on their side. What these guys are doing is bordering on fraud and their license to do business should be scrapped. If anyone is reading this and is even considering doing business with these guys - PLEASE DON'T!!

I was shopping for lawn service and found this service through Groupon. I thought this would be a good way to see if I would like the service and continue to use it, since my husband works out of town alot. The Groupon voucher bought me 3 services. I called mulitple times to set up the first service. They had to book it out for a week, which I didn't realize it would take that long, but was okay with it and the 1st service was completed on April 7th. I had asked to get the grass cut low (I would pay more if needed), but they never called me back, they just appeared on that morning and did a quick and very poor cut, missing areas and the grass barely looked like it was cut it was so high. I thought, well maybe it was due to it being the Groupon service, but already decided I would not use them in the future after my 3 services. When I attempted to make my second service I started calling the week of April 16th. I called for weeks before someone finally called me back and told me I would have to send an email. I sent the email on May 8th, they responded that day via email, and told me they would come the following Tuesday (5/15). I had stressed to them that I have been calling for weeks but I got no response to that. I sent a follow-up email on Tuesday morning (5/15) to confirm they were coming and they responded that due to the rain they would not be able to come until Thursday (5/17). They showed up on Wednesday (5/16) and again a poorly done rush job, but it was done before I got home. I just wanted to get my last cut in to be done with them, so I sent an email to request a service on 5/28 and they responded that they had serviced my property 3 times already. We went back and forth on email which I have attached below. Since we only started corresponding via email on the second cut, I had no way of proving the only other one so I gave up on the effort. I hope that no one goes through this experience with this Company. I would not refer them to anyone if they offered free service.
