Description of Work: Needed all of my flooring R&R'd due to water damage. The crew leader "Jose" doesn't speak enough English to communicate with non-Spanish speakers. He mumbles a few words then goes off and does something. We had a problem with the baseboards not matching the paint line on the walls, so we had the crew stop until we could figure out what to do (a few minutes). The Manger, Greg, was absent from the job site, and when he did show up, he was constantly making excuses for Jose's lack of English Communication skills. If you are going to put Jose' in front of customers, wouldn't you put someone who speaks English as a second language? I would. So, Jose' walks off the job at 3pm on the second day. Greg comes back to get a check. My wife points out a custom picture frame was damaged by his crew when they moved a piece of furniture. Greg has taken the picture frame to be repaired, but after 4 days, we have not talked to him, he won't answer his phone when we call, and he won't answer text messages. I NEVER should have paid Greg for the job when THE JOB IS NOT FINISHED. If you speak Spanglish, good luck with Jose'......guy has a real crappy attitude.

Description of Work: Replacing 2 rooms of carpet (living and dining rooms), removing and replacing hardwood in foyer and family rooms, replacing vinyl tiles in kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and breakfast nook.
