Prompt and professional service, very easy to do business with.

Estimate was done within a few days of calling and mobilised for replacement within 1 week. Job took one day -- crew was efficient and thorough in cleaning up. PM kept me informed with photos as more wood required replacement then originally estimated. Overall -- excellent price and value. A written invoice was provided afterwards.

Overall, very poorly. The gutter guards were removed and the gusher guards installed. However, when the gutters were repitched and resealed, too much sealant was applied and the application of the material was sloppy. This created a berm and caused the water to back up. In other words, I traded my original backup--which is why I contacted this business in the first place--for another. In addition, a shingle was damaged during the repitching process. When I brought these matters to the attention of the owner, he took 18 days to respond by denying any responsibility and offering to come back out for a fee. Needless to say, I asked him not to return to my property. The price was not high, but I certainly do not feel like I got my money's worth, which is why I gave a poor grade for that as well.

They installed a splash guard to prevent the runoff issue - they even painted it to match the house! The gutters and roof look great. The only issue was that they did not make it out when they said they would - they tried to work me into an already busy day - but did not make it. They redeemed themselves by coming out on a Saturday morning - on time and did a great job.

Quick installation and friendly service. It's only been a couple of weeks, but no problems with the gutters so far!

The work went very well. William was very responsive and did a great job on the gutters. We had a few adders and these were handled promptly. We needed to re-slope a different gutter and William took care of this quickly and did a great job. After the job was complete we asked for one last change and William once again quickly got the job done for us and it looks great.

William was responsive and came out and provided an estimate promptly. Once I accepted the estimate, he scheduled the installation. His crew was punctual and professional, and the gutters look great. I needed a bit of extra downspout pipe, and William made a special trip out to drop off what I needed at no extra charge.

William was very prompt in responding to my multiple questions before deciding to go with Five Star Gutters to do my home's gutter replacement. The work team was friendly, and the work turned out great! The team cleaned everything up nicely when they were finished. The prices were very reasonable. The man who gave the estimate was thorough and helpful with suggestions as well as friendly. It was easy to schedule a convenient time for installation. The crew arrived on time and worked consistently. They didn't hurry through the work and did a very neat and precise job. We inspected areas of the gutters where they had to solder them together and patch and it was all done very neatly. The crew of 2 was very professional and nice guys. We would highly recommend them!!

Although they were not the cheapest, the ranked right in the middle of the 4 bids we took. We decided to go with them because they had the most decent price and included 5 Year Warranty.
