The typical bait and switch. Avoid. The "big deal" was just a paid sales call to sell more services. No value provided. I think they know what they are talking about and provided reasonable recommendations. However, charging for a sales call is not acceptable. The "deal" is basically a scam.

Everything went well. I'd hire them again if I needed their service again.

5 Star was awesome! They came out the next day for an estimate and were almost half the price of the other companies that bothered to respond. It rained the day they were supposed to install, but they showed up that Saturday to get the job done!

Job completed quickly. Good quality work.

They were responsive, prompt, and did a good job. The gutters seem to be holding up well. They even replaced a small section of the soffit that was starting to rot, at no extra charge.

Company responded first day with an estimate. Then 3 days later, work was performed in less than a day. They hauled off all debris. Very pleased with the work.

Kudos to the crew for their professionalism, knowledge of the product and courtesy shown while doing their jobs. I highly recommend William and his company.

William Drdyer is very professional and the two man crew he sent out were excellent. They arrived at 7:30 am and completed their work by 1:00pm. All the debris was cleaned up. A perfect job and very reasonable charge!!

I knew that the job I needed would go beyond the parameters of the promotional offer. William, the sales manager, was very professional and made sure I understood everything about the estimate. After looking at the project, he made suggestions of needed work I had not seen and even worked the promo offer into the extended job. The crew were hard working and went out of their way to make sure their work was not only skilled, but looked good besides. I'm waiting for the first big rain but overall, our experience with Five Star Gutters was excellent.

I got the $150 Angie's List deal for checking and fixing up to 50 feet of cutter which was perfect for my needs. Scheduling was easy and they came out a few days later. They checked, sealed, and where needed rehung the areas of gutter that I've been having problems with. The owner also called to offer for them to check and fix the rest of my gutters for an additional reasonable fee, but I have had no other problems so I declined. They cleaned up fairly well but left some gutter trimmings and one of those big gutter nails that I had to clean up since our toddler plays in that area. I was very satisfied and would call them again for gutter work.

Excellent! This is a very professional group - starting with William and ending with his team. They were on time (a little early actually), polite, professional, and cleaned up at the end. All done in time for this Spring's rain!

Couldn't be more happier with the service. His crew did an outstanding job repairing and replacing my old gutter system and lots of rotted facial & soffit boards.

The gutter estimate and then service was completed quickly and professionally about 8 months ago for the front of my home. The gutter now drains perfectly, never overflows at any point along its length, remains securely attached, and looks look. FiveStar gave the best estimate of the 4 other providers to whom I spoke. I have great respect for and appreciate this company for their pricing and exceptional service.

They cleaned it up pretty well which I think that is why I did not like the other people that I used because they left some kind of a mess.

Because this is rental property I was not present, but William took pictures of each step in process of repair and emailed them to me. I have been really impressed with him, his professionalism. The price he quoted was much better than the quote I received from my rental management company's contractor.

The workmen showed up exactly on time, completely the work in a timely and efficient manner and left absolutely no trace that work had been done. Everyone was courteous and prompt and they left the area very clean. Gutters are exactly what we asked for and seem to working effectively.

William gave me a very competitive quote and was very responsive. His crew was right on time and the gutters look great! There was really nothing I needed to do and no issues along the way. We've had a few heavy rains now and they've worked wonderfully. After they left, they even came back to check on a motion-sensor light that is up on the soffit (it was staying on in the day I couldn't reach it). I highly recommend Five Star Gutters. Great people to work with.
