Did an excellent job during initial install. Very prompt and worked hard to get it done quickly. Good job cleaning up and matched color to house very well. With all of the big rain storms this fall, had a small problem with one of the down spouts. Called William and he sent crew out next morning. Not only fixed down spout, but cleaned the rest of the gutters and made sure that everything was ok. Well above and beyond what was expected. I would absolutely use them again, and have referred my neighbors to them as well.

Prompt, professional and did an excellent job

The estimation process was very quick and painless, and included costs for replacing rotten wood as well. The price with coupon was less than half of a few quotes I had gotten from other providers in the area (not on Angie's list). They came out a week or 2 later and the replacement was quick and painless, plus they hauled all the old gutters away then promptly invoiced me so I would absolutely recommend Star Gutters again!

The service was prompt and professional, in addition, I got them to clean all the gutters and downspouts for the whole house at a very reasonable price. I was please with the work.

William came out for the estimate on the day and time he said he would. He was professional, friendly and honest. I originally planned on only gutters and maybe gutter guards on the front. He gave me a reasonable price, so I added the gutter guards on the back and front. He asked if I wanted an estimate to replace some rotted siding on my bay window, caused by my leaky gutters. I asked about a couple other boards but he said they just needed paint, they were not rotted. Thank you for being so honest! There was never any pressure. As a single mother I appreciated that and the fact the price was affordable. I was also thankful to get those boards replaced. He said they'd be there on Wed and they were. They cleaned up everything--it looked better than when they started. William had a ton of color choices and suggestions. He knows his product. I felt like I was in good hands. I had gotten several estimates over the past year and didn't think I'd ever be able to replace them--the cost was so high. The gutters are beautiful--thank you William! I am looking forward to rain now.

They came and took measurements and gave suggestions on the best option. Provided a date when they would come to install. They were very prompt and professional and did a good job installing the gutters.

William replied to my voicemail the same day and asked for info on the repair. He did not need to come on site to give estimate, rather, just asked me to text him pictures of the fallen gutter. This saved a lot of time and he provided an affordable and immediate quote for the repair work and cleaning. We scheduled for the next week and he was on time, professional and did a fantastic job. He asked me to review the work and verify that I was satisfied. I did so and the final amount was exactly the amount he provided in the quote. I would definitely recommend him to family & friends, in fact, I already have. We are going to ask him for a quote to repair my mother-in-law's gutter. We are very happy with his service and the new gutter looks great and also works great, as we have had a lot of rain recently. Thanks!

Everything went well. From the initial consultation to the actual installation, the job was done as expected. William and his crew were punctual, professional and polite. The quality of work was excellent and clean-up after was thorough. I saw the deal on Angie's List for gutters. I wasn't sure how many feet of gutters I would need. William came and gave me an estimate. There were certain areas of my home that did not have existing gutters and my old gutters had holes in them and were not installed properly since my home was a flip and the previous owner just installed gutters as a condition of me buying the house to pacify my. William showed me several different color choices to choose from. I decided to go with the black gutters since my roof and shutters are black. My appt was scheduled for Tuesday, June 30th but it rained that day so William called me and rescheduled for the next day. The day of my scheduled installation no one had shown up at the scheduled time so I called William and he told me there was a miscommunication with his workers. My appt was that morning but the workers thought that my appt was that afternoon. The workers came around 1 pm and began installation. The gutters are made onsite and not some preformed gutters from a local home improvement chain. My only issue was there was a language barrier with the workers who spoke Spanish and William was not there. The workers, of course, go by the measurements that William made during the initial visit. When I asked the workers to place the downspouts in the position that I had discussed with William they said that thats not what the estimate papers said but they did place them exactly where I wanted them. Almost immediately after they finished installation it rained. I was so happy to see that there were no more drips (since my previous gutters had holes in them) and that my mulch and landscaping would no longer wash or erode away. I am very happy with Star Gutters work. My gutters look awesome on my home. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went fine except for the price. The fine print on the big deal indicated that the price should cover a house that is about 1000 sq feet larger than mine. But when Star Gutters came out they said I would have to pay more than 200 extra.

Overall, I was very happy with the service provided. William Dreyer, the owner and estimator, had to change his projected time of arrival for the estimate several times, but when he did come he was friendly and thorough, and the estimate was reasonable. On the scheduled day of the service, I was worried that the crew was not going to show up, but at about 5:30 in the evening they pulled into the driveway ready to work. The three member crew were very accommodating, friendly and skilled technicians. They removed the old gutter on my 2 story house, remade the U-shaped portion, checked the fascia, replaced the new gutter with the proper tilt, refashioned the downspout and extended the length of 2 downspouts. They did an excellent job, picked up all debris from the job, and I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them highly.

The job was preform in a very professional manner. I was contacted prior to the contactor's arrival as agreed upon. The work completed was explained to me in detail and finished timely. I was pleased with the work completed.

After a few months of frustrating conversations with other contractors who were less interested in selling me gutters and more interested in upselling me other projects that I didn't want, I joined Angie's List. And thank goodness I was able to find Star Gutters - they did a great job. William showed up on time for the estimate and made recommendations for the size/color of the replacement gutters. He explained that if there was any bad/rotted fascia board, he would replace that at the time of installation as they removed the old gutters and had better access to the fascia board. On installation day, William and his team showed up on time and completed the job within the time period expected. William found a fair amount of rotted fascia board, replaced it and painted it with some left over Trim Paint that I had stored. The gutters were installed and I've never been happier. I wish I would have replaced the gutters last year. I had grown accustomed to seeing/hearing water overflow my old gutters (approx. 20 years old). I thought the rains were just becoming heavier and it was something I had to live with. I didn't realize that my old gutters were just beyond their useful life. I can now sit in my house when there is a driving rain, and not hear water overflowing the gutters. It's so quiet now! I also want to give extra compliments to William. One of his team members accidentally left my hose on (from testing a downspout) and it was trickling water for 2 days. I contacted William, he quickly apologized and reimbursed me my water bill. You can't go wrong with Star Gutters - great service, great work, great value!
