DNB COMPUTER TECH SERVICES

We are a landscape company and slammed in April. Two of our main computers decided to crash 1 week apart. This just could not be. So, who did I call? Jason from DNB! We picked out 2 computers, purchased them and brought them to the office. We then had Jason come over and install the 2 new computers and transfer data from the old hard drives. He also installed new software that does not already come pre-installed.They are always there to help and very dependable. They are also very reasonably priced. They are dedicated and know how important it is for a small business to be up and running ASAP! One day Jason even came on a Saturday and stayed until 10pm to get the job done! What a trooper! This is the 2nd time we are using them for a big job and I can't say enough nice things about these guys! Thank you very much for all of your hard work!

Both my husband and I were experiencing problems with our respective home office computers when I call DNB Computer services. We received prompt service and the tech they sent out, Jason, was wonderful. He responded to our issues with the computers and explained what he was doing in layman's terms. I also had to have him help me to sync my smartphone to my Outlook Calendar - it had worked but then quit syncing and nothing I tried worked. I rely heavily on my calendar with my work and Jason and quot;worked his tech magicand quot; and I now have my calendar back! My husband did experience a and quot;minorand quot; issue after Jason had left, we called the company and they had Jason back out immediately and he corrected the issue. They will be our and quot;go toand quot; company for all our future computer/tech issues.

I called, the owner answered the phone. They were booked for the day as far as appointments go. They squeezed me in anyway. The tech that visited us, Jason Rush was AWESOME. He fixed my entire system in a very short amount of time. The cost was VERY REASONABLE. I was not used to this type of speedy and quality service. The last computer tech we worked with, we used him for years. After having Jason from DNB visit and fix my problem so quickly, I realized that the computer company we had before was ripping us off. So, I would DEFINITELY USE DNB AGAIN! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE for ALL of your computer issues!

He was on time to pick up the computer, and his price was extremely good. What he wanted to do was help us with our problem. He didn t advertise or try to offer me software that I didn t need, and I really appreciated that.
