+ -1 moreBUYER BEWARE!!! Company came and did the work and seemed to be OK. Nothing special until I had a problem. The spring started to kink up so I called the company. The local phone numbers for Greenville, SC & Charlotte, NC on the original receipt were bad and the 800 number said the it was not available from my area. (864-232-4547, 704-333-0812, & 877-898-3667) I then called the 2 numbers listed for Atlanta. (678-518-4676 & 770-595-2656) I reached Kyle Sewel who said that the spring was under warrenty and he would call me back in 30 minutes to let me know when they could come out the next day. I didn't hear from him all day and called back several times and left messages. No response. I then tried the OTHER Atlanta number the next day and reached Jim Sewell who said he'd check into it. I tried back several times a day for several days with no response. They were screening my calls and knew my number at this point. The old saying that you never know how good a company is until you have a problem, rings true for these guys. I would never use this company or Kyle or Jim Sewell for anything. BUYER BEWARE!!

+ -1 moreVery unprofessional and took advantage of someone when their garage door would not open.
Description of Work: Replaced garage door springs because door would not open and charged me $448 for two springs. I called the next week and asked for price and they quoted me $200 over the phone! What was I supposed to do after he had replaced the springs, tell him to take them back?
