Consumer beware!!! This electric company put a lien on my house for work that wasn't completed. They were well aware that the contractor was paid in full and he needed to be the one to pay them but they decided to put a lien on my property anyways instead of taking the contractor to court. The work done was poor quality and they used the wrong rated wires on an outdoor structure. They left our bathroom electrical hanging out of the wall and didn't even put outlet covers on the new outlets. We have been forced to obtain legal representation to get this sorted out, please save a massive headache and money by using any other electric company than dependable electric services.

Overall, I highly recommend the electrician I hired. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service truly set them apart. I feel confident in the quality of their work and will not hesitate to hire them again for any future electrical needs.

Came in, got straight to work. Lights looked amazing. Only problem was they wouldn’t patch 2 small holes from removing old fixture. I took care of it no problem but it would be common courtesy to take care of that for your customer. Other than that, honestly the guys were extremely professional. He wanted to make sure my lights lined up with existing fixtures so in an event I ever changed it, it could match and looked uniformed to the ones installed. I’d definitely use them again for sure.

A home inspection revealed the need to update replace the circuit panel. When the electrician came to give an estimate, he explained what was in code, what was optional to bring up to current code and what must be done and why. The actual cost was in perfect alignment with the estimate.

Will hire them again and again! The time from quote to finished project was quick and seamless. I had a towel warming rack installed in the bathroom and a light hung on my cement loft ceilings, and they did it effortlessly in about 2 hours. Only afterwards did I realize that while getting the OK from my HOA, Dependable had to contact their own insurance company to get my HOA listed as additionally insured (at the request of my insufferable HOA). This was not easy nor cheap but I never heard any complaints from Dependable about it. Luckily, their insurance company waived the $200 fee but I am so impressed that Dependable did not once give up or drop the job because of something ridiculous that my HOA was demanding.

Johnny and David were awesome! They fit us into their schedule to install an outlet over our fireplace on short notice. They worked fast and clean. I would absolutely use them again! Thank you guys!
