Mistake in getting a verbal quote. I was told a price that turned out to be more than double. They were never on time when they were suppose to be. They debited by card BEFORE the work was completely done. They caused damage for the work that was done that I had to eat. I would never use them again!

Chaz installed outdoor "holiday" outlets. He was prompt and courteous. Consulted me throughout project. Price was competitive with other bids.

This repair was for a problem with a breaker which required an electrician with good diagnostic skills. Unfortunately, I got the breaker replaced, but that did not solve the overall issue. The electrician (Chaz) was less than friendly, dragged this job out over several visits and wanted to keep charging me for an incomplete job., I became suspicious that he really didn't know what he was doing. He never seemed to have the correct equipment, or enough time to do the work despite setting appointments with me and charging a trip fee. He did not complete my job and I am looking for a more credible resource. I would not recommend this company.

Carl was the electrician assigned to my project. He kept me informed of any changes in the schedule and did what he said he would do. Carl's customer service skill was exceptional and he was very professional. I love my installs and the overall projects he completed.
