I was very pleased with the entire process with Dependable Electric. The owner called me very quickly after I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor. The Tech came the next day to review the project and provide me with a quote. I was having an od microwave removed, an outlet installed and then the new microwave installed over my stove. He determined that they could do the project on Wednesday. They finished the project in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely hire them again.

The first I called from your list said it would cost 149.00 for him to come out. Dependable did not do this.

Totally surpassed my expectations! Carl was very professional, showed up on time, new exactly what to do, didn't waste any time, and did a great job with the two bathroom exhaust fan installations. I even asked him to check a few other items that have been nagging me and he completed them with no problem and at a very reasonable price! Overall, great value for the money and would recommend him for any electrical job. Thanks for the great service!!!

Chas called prior to coming and was on time. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He and assistant replaced a burned out wire that had shorted out and that was affecting all sockets in the room. They also tightened up a loose neutral on the deck fixture and changed the light bulb. They were at my home all of 20 minutes. I've never hire an electrician before so was shocked at the $136 cost. Otherwise, I would have rated all 5's. In the future I would have to go to someone who doesn't charge as much, or is that the going price?

Excellent communication and follow-up. They were here when they said they would be - which is a huge issue to me! They helped problem solve a more cost-effective solution to my electrical needs. As a bonus, they also installed my new water heater (they do plumbing work as well). Looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
