Excellent work. Able to schedule rapidly. Polite, very efficient. Cleaned up mess. Took down two ceiling fans and two lights. Replaced with four new ones. Looks great. Price was acceptable after other estimates received. Would use again.

On the day of the install, the electrician called me to reschedule on account of car trouble. When the lights were installed, the cans stuck out a bit on both sides of the lights, which is a small cosmetic problem that I was able to fix. Neither of these things may have been the fault of the installer, and he made up for it by taking 10 percent off the bill. The installer was professional and courteous, and the work was completed quickly and neatly. I would hire this company again.

Justin came to our home Wednesday, accessed our house, provided great information, didn't try to OVER SELL. More importantly, we received an estimate and date to begin the work within ONE HOUR after he left our house. That was outstanding!! Electrician Johnny and his partner, John, were exceptional. They came in worked diligently to get the job done. I would HIGHLY recommended Dependable Electric.

The work was impeccable. Carl installed the canned light and tied it into my other existing lights and you can’t tell that the builders never had a light there. There was a mix up in scheduling after canceling for an emergency, so I dropped the review a star because it seemed like I had been forgotten about entirely. But less than an hour after I called, he was here and done about an hour later. Would hire again.

They were very efficient. They contacted me immediately, came out to do an estimate and completed the job all in the same day. They did exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely use them again.

Dependable Electric was good at completing the job. The slight concern is that it took a number of back and forth calls/emails to get them scheduled to return. That being said, they were conscientious at making sure we were satisfied with the job. Will hire again if needed.

They fixed the initial problem with light switch, outlets (indoor/outdoor), garage and TV above fireplace very well. However, the TV over the fireplace quit working. Upon calling to get someone back out to look at this issue I got attitude. Justin acted irritated that we wanted them to come back out. A tech did come out the next day and looked everything over and determined the cause of the problem and then said that the owner was charging us $99 for the drive out to our house. No one ever mentioned that we would be charged for this. Surprise, surprise. We were told that the work was warrantied. Justin, the owner will not pick up our phone calls. So very sorry about the loss in your family. Please don't take it out on your customers.

Work was done in a professional manner and looked good. However weeks later our rope lighting is still not working properly. Phone calls and texts have not been returned.
